“I ordered 2 large pizzas done 4 different ways (Dah Baker, Lake Lover, The B Ville and The Piggy) and 2 orders of wings ( Garlic Parm and Smokehouse Special). Everything was hot, fresh and delicious! Friendly service...I highly recommend!”

“If I could give the Brainardsville Bakery a 10 I would. The baked goods and the proprietors. I'd like to start with the baked goods, OMG I have so many favorites, the scones are so good, the raspberry cream cheese pastry, broccoli and cheese quiche, pecan pie, I could go on and on. Oh and I can't forget to mention the amazing BREADS! Nut lovers is LOADED with a variety of nuts and pepitas , sunflower seeds , everything but the kitchen sink just how I love it! Well like I said I could go on and on but I have to take a moment to brag on the Proprietors . Those of you that said you weren't treated right or the owner was in a bad mood , don't we all have those days ? I guess if I got up at 1:30 2:00 in the morning to bake Goods for the town people and others throughout the counties I think I would be a little Moody once in awhile . This "moody" one asked me how my sister was doing every time I stopped to pick up her favorite treat, blackberry scone. My sister had stage 4 cancer and was hospitalized until the end. I can't tell you how pleased I was to see her smile as she would pull a giant scone out of that bag! Oh and to my surprise there would be an extra one for later! Now that's pretty darn special considering she was a stranger. I do not know these people but when I visit their bakery I am treated with kindness every time. Thank you!”

“Visited the pizzeria on a Thurs evening directly after work with a buddy. We ordered 1 Lg 3-topping pie + a mound of chicken wings. I was a little apprehensive as the place was empty of people, but it was an off night, and the pizzeria is located in a very small but friendly town. The manager, his name escapes my memory, was very welcoming, informative, helpful, and made us feel comfortable immediately upon our entrance.When the food arrived, the pie looked fresh and perfectly timed from the oven. The pile of wings were smoking with just the right amount of sauce lathered about. Now, I'm kinda a spoiled snob when it comes to great Italian foods because my Italian girl owns an Italian bistro and pizzeria restaurant in lower NY, and she's a phenomenal cook who cooks with love. So when I am "unloyal" and eat Italian food not created from her hands, I tend to become a seasoned critic.... Anywho, both the pie and the wings were devoured like 2 Norse vikings at a victory feast only without the liquid Mead and Beowulf in attendance. The pie was very delicious with healthy portions of the 3-toppings and cheese. The sauce wasn't overpowering but complimentary to the blended trio with the correct amount of cheese all baked in this circular pool of dough.I shall return, as MacArthur once said, whether as a solo dining traveler or with an invasion of my fellow compatriots of hungry, rowdy Norsemen.Thanks for listening.Parking: The pizzeria is located directly on Main Street of town. We ate at 7-730 on a Thurs evening, so parking spaces were available, although somewhat limited with restrictive spaces and side streets. During popular, busy hours, parking may be a challenge.”
