I love this spot. There aren't many options for great food in Chatham so me and my family were thrilled when this place opened. A true farm-to-table restaurant, so fresh and tasty, the veggies taste as if they were just picked out of the ground. The chef is highly skilled and knows how to make a unique, hearty, delicious dish packed with flavor and the yum yum factor HITS! The drinks are to die for and my favorite thing is the menu//drinks change often so you get a new experience every time you go. Highly recommend this small town gem of a restaurant.

My family had a PERFECT dinner experience at Bimi’s this week. Every aspect was crafted with love and fine taste, but not fussy. We enjoyed the wine and mocktails, and enjoyed sharing small plates, especially the cheese board. Can’t wait to go back!

What an absolute gem! We drove over from Hudson just to visit Bimi’s on a Friday night and it could not have been a better decision.
We were greeted by Ellen, the owner who could not have been more accommodating of our cranky 4 year old (no small task!) and just so warm and lovely and a cheese expert!
The food was phenomenal - definitely get the cheese board, the pasta was so fresh, and we don’t usually order chicken at a restaurant but theirs is 10/10!
We’ll be back (hopefully with a less cranky toddler) over and over again!

WOW. We had a fantastic dinner at Bimi’s Canteen on a Sunday night with some new friends, and it absolutely blew us away. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, but the real hidden gem is the Grotto Bar — a must-visit.
Food-wise, everything was incredible. The bread and butter were hearty and delicious, and the bolognese was outstanding — wonderful red sauce, perfectly seasoned beef, and house-made noodles that were just perfection. For dessert, the chocolate cake was a showstopper: rich, decadent, and flourless — absolutely heavenly.
The cocktails were equally impressive. As the sober driver, I tried the non-alcoholic Bee’s Knees and honestly, I’d order it again over the traditional version — it was that good.
Lovely place, great chef, fantastic drinks — Bimi’s is a true gem. Can’t wait to come back!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience at Bimi’s! We were in town from out of state for the weekend and were so happy we stopped in Chatham for dinner. The service was friendly and super accommodating. The food was innovational and super fresh. We loved everything we ate and our drinks were fab. Cozy vibes for a fall evening.

An absolute hidden gem! As visitors from out of state staying in the are, we visited two nights in a row! We couldn’t get enough of the intimate speakeasy vibes of the basement bar, excellent service and delicious drinks. Night two we enjoyed lovely, well curated meals. The bathrooms are unique and offer an unexpected laugh. What a great experience- wishing Bimi’s all the continued success in the world!

Have come here many times for dinner and have never had anything short of an excellent meal. Tried their Sunday brunch today for the first time and it was amazing. Drinks are always on point and service is exceptional.

Outstanding! Food was fantastic, we had the arugula salad, the nachos with shrimp and the burger. The portions were very generous, we split everything. We appreciated that our waitress, who was excellent, was honest when asked if we needed another entree. She was right when she said what we ordered would be enough. Everything about Bimi’s Cantina was great, down to the bathrooms, best restaurant bathroom I’ve ever been too. No joke, there is a moving picture of a train going through the countryside, my first thought was that we were right across the street from the train station, it is very cool. And the hand towels are yellow toile and soft paper. We ate in the main dining area, but the bar area downstairs has seating and also has a great vibe. We’ll be back and wish Bimi’s Cantina much continued success.
