I was just traveling through the area and had the good fortune to give this cafe a try for breakfast and I have to say it was perfect, every part of my meal was delicious. I have rarely been so satisfied with the freshness and preparation of a meal but these folks are putting in the care and work to do things right, my waffles were stellar definitely not made with pancake mix like so many mediocre restaurants do everything was well seasoned and nicely presented by an attentive staff.I garuantee you anytime I am any where near Chatham I will be dining here(I live in Maine but visit friends and relatives in the Albany area)!

My husband and I stopped for a late breakfast on our way through town. We had the breakfast burrito and rojo chilaquiles. AMAZING!!! The food was absolutely delicious. Love that they have several vegetarian options. We left completely satisfied and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommended!

Fajitas were excellent! Fresh ingredients, immaculately prepared, served sizzling hot, generous portion, fair price.

The food was good, but a little light. Atmosphere has always been hard in that location but the staff is great.

Highly recommend the chicken enchiladas with mole sauce. Order at the counter, find a table or a stool at the window counter, and you won’t wait long for your food.

The best breakfast burrito that I’ve ever had, topped with a fantastic homemade hot sauce and fresh guacamole and salsa. This small restaurant is a treasure.

My wife and I recently visited the Fiesta Cafe in Chatham, NY, and we were absolutely thrilled with our experience. From the moment we walked in, the place had this warm, welcoming vibe that made us feel right at home.

I ordered the egg sandwich with bacon, and I have to say, it was exceptional. The eggs were cooked just right—light and fluffy—and the bacon was perfectly crispy, adding just the right amount of savory flavor. You could tell everything was made with care and top-notch ingredients. Honestly, it might be the best breakfast sandwich I’ve had in years.

My wife went with the French toast, and she couldn’t stop talking about how good it was. The bread was thick and perfectly soaked, with a golden-brown finish that gave it a nice texture. It wasn’t overly sweet, which she loved, but it had just the right balance of flavors. She kept saying, “This is exactly how French toast should be.”

On top of the fantastic food, the service was so friendly and attentive without being overbearing. It felt like they genuinely cared about making sure we had a great experience. By the time we left, we were already talking about when we could come back.

If you’re ever in Chatham—or even if you’re not—it’s worth making the trip to Fiesta Cafe. Great food, great atmosphere, and just an all-around fantastic place to start your day. Highly recommend!

Just spent a holiday weekend as first-time visitors to Chatham. We loved the food at Fiesta so much, we came back a second day to get the same meals (huevos rancheros and avocado toast). Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere. Thank you!

This was our first visit to Fiesta Cafe, and we’re already looking forward to returning! Tucked inside a small group of stores on Main St., the cafe offers both indoor and street-side seating, giving you the option to dine in a cozy space or enjoy the open air. Ordering is simple: just choose from the menu on the wall, grab a tabletop number, and the staff will promptly bring out your food and drinks.

The menu is wonderfully creative, with everything served ‘with a Mexican twist.’ We ordered the breakfast tacos and huevos chilaquiles (the latter may have been a special, as it’s not listed on their online menu). Both dishes were packed with flavor and were ample portions. We also had a specialty coffees which were served piping hot.

We sat outside, taking advantage of the lovely weather, which made our experience even better. And I have to mention the staff—they were exceptionally friendly and polite.

All in all, we’re looking forward to our next visit!

Visiting Chatham for a getaway weekend from Queens NY, I was surprised to find an authentic Mexican spot. Growing up with authentic Mexican dishes made at home every day and having plenty of spots around me, I can say the food was amazing. Great service and very quick service at that, small yet cozy space and plenty of options on the menu. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves 😅

We were up-charged for getting something listed on website which was not listed on the wall menu. Better guidance for navigating the ordering process would be appreciated. We were charged more for subtracting (not substituting) meat, eggs, cheese.

Vegetarian options: You may need to pay more. Beans are vegan.

I don't know what it is about American Pie and Fiesta Cafe but it's a little piece of heaven conveniently located.
Go and enjoy.
