Somehow our reservation at Wiseguys didn't work out so we headed to the Blue Heron. The meal was really good, prices are reasonable, service was great, and I thought it was an overall great experience.

We had a wonderful dinner last night at the Blue Heron. The place was definitely busy, but we did not feel that from a service perspective. Our server, Katie, was friendly, efficient and skilled. She anticipated needs and seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out quickly. Everything was delicious-the pasta dishes were hot and flavorful, they obviously were prepared and immediately delivered to our table. We had a large party for a family birthday and the staff accommodated us on the patio. It was perfect. The special was a chicken pesto pasta and was delicious. We have NEVER had a bad meal here. The fish fry is always plentiful and cooked perfectly. Fresh side salads and perfect calamari. The owner is hands on and almost always working when we go there. Friendly staff.Don’t miss out on The Blue Heron.
