Usually really good, our order is always right, but sometimes it’s a group of young kids working that don’t really seem to care about whether you get your food/ice cream at a decent time or not. They tend to care more about being on their phones and listening to music/joking with each other than customer service but that seems to be pretty typical these days. Otherwise it’s been good

The ice cream was fantastic 😍 BUT,
I had the feeling the staff doesn't know that. Ordering and asking questions was met with an attitude of indifference. They have a great product. Sadly the staff does not know how to sell it with a smile and a positive conviction.

I'm only in the Buffalo area a few days each year but when I do get here, Andersons is always the first place I go. The beef on wek is the best! It might only say 5 stars but that's only cause I can't give it 10.
