The ice cream was fantastic 😍 BUT,
I had the feeling the staff doesn't know that. Ordering and asking questions was met with an attitude of indifference. They have a great product. Sadly the staff does not know how to sell it with a smile and a positive conviction.

I'm only in the Buffalo area a few days each year but when I do get here, Andersons is always the first place I go. The beef on wek is the best! It might only say 5 stars but that's only cause I can't give it 10.

Very solid frozen custard place, which is my new thinklg while summering in NY. I was surprised to see such a huge menu as well. Didn't try the food but it did look good. We ordered pints of the vanilla custard and as tempting as it was to eat it all... we saved some to eat later.
