I arrived at 11:25pm and walk in the building just to get denied service that is very upsetting when you’re losing money for hungry customers. I was so disappointed 😭

Applebee's is a solid 4 star establishment. I haven't been here in years but was pleasantly surprised with the bacon cheeseburger and fries I had for lunch

Probably one of the worst meals ive had at applebees and on valentines day of all the days. Some of it was stale some of it was overcooked. The service was great tho. Vee was our waiter and was very proffesional and attentative.

Came here as an absolute last resort for Valentine’s Day today as everywhere else was packed or not taking to go orders. Our chicken wonton tacos were missing and the rest of the food was ice cold (we are staying in a hotel 4 minutes from this restaurant) and I requested no pink for my burger and it definitely has pink.

Today my brother and I stopped at Applebees on Walden Avenue for lunch. My experience was not what I was expecting. The service was good however the restaurant was empty and we had our choice of seat, which was surprising to me. I order Ribs entree with French fries and a cup of French onion soup. Well the ribs were not tender as I expected but I ate two ribs and brought the rest home. I noticed that when I gave my dog a piece as a treat he wouldn’t eat it? Within a couple of hours I was on the potty. I have not felt well since, so I thought I would let you know. Now I understand why Applebees are closing!!!

I have nothing to share on the food nor the service at this location but I have had a run in at another Applebee's with Amy the GM from location, and I feel horrible for her employees here... extremely rude, nasty, and unprofessional, calling out an employee for a simple mistake in front of guests and their coworkers (not to mention it was this person's first night after training). I would also like to applaud her employees for dealing with a GM like this if that's the way she treats people at another location I could only imagine how her employees are treated. Amy is not cut out for management from that I've saw. No one deserves that treatment at work.

Got there at 7pm on a Tuesday. We were told that we needed to wait 30 to be seated when the place was empty. The reason given was that they only had one cook. This was my first time visiting this place and would be the last. I should had received a monetary tip for wasting my time.

We ate dinner here on New Years Eve about 5:30pm. Our waitress was very hardworking & attentive. She went above & beyond to help make my steak order was cooked to my request. Our table was a little darker than we like. We only had one light above our table. It made reading the menu challenging. Service was the best thing about our visit.

While visiting the Walden location for my church's mens night, we enjoyed a nice night with good conversation and great service at this location. Even after we are and we talking, another waitress checked on us and brought us more water. Since it's not listed below, we had the burger and fries as well as the chicken fingers. All are good. The only concern is that the drinks (soda) are a little flat.
Always great service at all their locations. It was busy for a late night

Where do I begin? Server couldn't get my beer order straight. Three people, one meal comes out. Twenty minutes later the other two orders come and one order is wrong! Wait another 15 minutes for that correction. Server didn't check on us. I had to get up and go to the bartender to ask for help. I'll never be back
