Hell yeah that's a good place to go to. No regrets. The Buffalo boneless things were amazing. the pick 2 for 25 what's an awesome deal. Everything else we've gotten an extra advertiser drinks and whatnot came under fifty bucks.
It was very clean.
The waitress was extremely polite. Totally taken care of.

Since when can a host or hostess seat someone at your table without your permission to eat dinner with you and ur family since they are crowed. The gentlemen that ate dinner with us was very friendly. Never in my life have I seen this. This also happened to two other tables that where even on dates.

I had a wonderful experience with Applebee's in Cheektowaga. I had ordered Applebee's, through door dash & the driver stole my food. I called the restaurant to see why I hadn't received it and was informed what happened. The gentleman I spoke with helped me cancel & I reordered. He was so very kind and helpful & I received the order directly. Thank you for your help & the food was delicious!

This review is for one particular location. Walden Ave Cheektowaga, NY. Stood at reception area for 20 minutes without seeing a single worker. No hostess, no waiter/waitresses, no bartender, nobody in site. Walked out. Most Applebee's I give 4 stars. Not this location!

So we ordered from here the lady who claimed to be a manager, could not hear our voices through the phone, but yet we were in a very quiet area calling her when I know there is probably multiple phones in the building that she could’ve went to and put me on hold to get a better listen to what we were saying on top of it. We are missing two out of five of our things that we ordered And she was very ignorant to us over the phone didn’t even accommodate to us. Didn’t even try to Be understanding like we were the problem. She was very rude. We asked her how long and totally got shut out. We will definitely not be ordering from this one ever again. I mean $65 worth of food and we get treated like we did something wrong. Never again. customer service over the phone .. ignorant, rude once again I’m going to say it never again. I don’t ever normally do this. I think this is my second review on any restaurant and I am so highly disappointed. I would rate the food, but we don’t have any of it because we had to take it back. The manager also asked us. What would we like them to do about it while we paid $65 we would like our food. Customer service there is sad. Do not go there.

Worst experience ever. Took literally 20 mins before someone came for our drinks. Then took another 15 for our order. They made my salad wrong. Never gave my friend her order we had to ask where her food was. We were ignored the whole time. Will never eat there again

I love the dining here with my family it’s so affordable. The be having nice promotion going especially the 2 for $20 meals plus and appetizer. The wait time is always short to be seat and for food. I would recommend this place 10/10 to eat don’t miss the opportunity ❤️

Its your standard diner, but the menu options is not enough and their employees are loud and obnoxious. Today when I went there, the water tasted like moss i’m assuming because of the ice machine not being cleaned. The wait times are abnormally long for food and seating despite not much people being there .I don’t usually give bad reviews, but I gotta say this one takes the cake. I did enjoy their dessert but then again there’s not that many options for that.

Worst waiter I have ever had. He didn’t look at us or let us finish a sentence walked off took an excessive amount of time to get our food and our check when finished had to hunt someone down to pay our bill. Terrible service!!!
I wasn’t even going to do this, but they are so unorganized and unprofessional that here I am. I ordered online Applebee’s on Walden pick up 735pm. I arrived employees were playing at the bar. There is construction underway at the pick up so you have to go in the main entrance to pickup food. I got home bit into it chicken was completely raw with hot sauce on it. I Called them right away. The manager said well, what would you like me to do?🙄 I said I would like a full refund. She offered me a gift card. Why would I want to come back to the place that tried to poison me. The next day someone else called me and I told her all they did was offer me a gift card and I do not want a gift card. I want a full refund to my card. She said OK I was satisfied. THEN I received another call from corporate so they can issue my gift card that I did not want and get my full name. I said ma’am, I don’t want a gift card. I want my full refund. I just spoke with someone at the store, She said oh I’m from corporate. We don’t usually give full refunds. We shouldn’t be doing that. I said why would I want to come back to the restaurant and spend more money. She said oh OK and hung up.
