The spinach dip is awful!! The boneless chicken wings are like cardboard wrapped undercooked rubbery chicken. Very overpriced for the garbage food they serve.Applebee's used to be better years ago, certainly have gone down hill.We won't be back

Chained restaurant, good for travelers, a place to have a quick bite to eat, a beer to wash the food down.We ordered dinner for two that was advertised for 25 dollars. But, an upgrade would cost 32 dollars, we ended up elected the upgrade.Food was average at best. Service was awful. There was a long wait from salad to main course. Everything is edible, but nothing worth writing home about. They had shortage of silverware, we had to share a knife to cut our meats.Would be a long time for us to eat at any Applebees again.

Went in and told it was a shift change and we couldn't be seated for 25 minutes. There was no host, no manager and 2 servers who clearly didn't want to take another table before they left. Being a server myself I was flabbergasted especially at a corporate restaurant. Needless to say I will never be back. And the server missed out on at least a $20 tip for being lazy.

Super busy, random Wednesday night! The bartender was amazing, I think his name was Joe, he was looking out for everyone both in the front of house and back of house.The manager had zero sense of urgency with helping, and the bartender was the one who continued to call out support.Overall, good food, incredibly supportive and funny bartender!

Started with a wait to be seated. Was getting late about an hour before close. We could tell our server was tired. (Pregnant, been on her feet awhile) She did great. I thought. My wife's food came out missing the chicken to the pasta dish. The server took the plate back to correct. Meanwhile, my daughter had me try the noodles to her Chicken Alfredo, maybe a little overcooked. Wife deemed acceptable. A bite or two after my daughter is wrapping food from her mouth in a napkin, saying there is something wrong. "Tastes like it's burnt from the middle ." I didn't understand. Upon first glance, it looked ok, then I flipped it over. Unbelievable, I wish I had taken a picture. I took her plate and gave her my chicken salad to eat. The server returning with my wife's dish looking at me said OMG, that is really burnt. Let me take that back. I didn't even say a word just nodded. The act of knowing trying to hide your mistake and want someone to eat what you yourself wouldn't is truly disgusting. I could go on but to sum up. Manger came out without being asked for and apologized. If I thought I could remain calm. Would have asked for the cook to apologize to my daughter for disguising that garbage she put in her mouth. Ultimately, I was extremely angry, but pleased, I kept my emotions in check to enjoy my family time.
I am sharing my experience so those that may have the same type of expectations may save themselves some stress-relief.I haven't eaten at Applebee's in years and was really looking forward to eating there again.The restaurant was busy.The host was off seating other guests, and I walked up to the bar, and sat down.About 2 minutes passed and the bartender who was very busy doing I'm not sure what, presented me with the menu.He came back to me in about 3 minutes and asked what I wanted to drink.I advised him of my drink order.Over the next 10 minutes he kept going to the back of house, along with the bar area. Again. Not sure what he was doing.Another patron came in during this time, and he took and fulfilled their drink order, not haven't started on mine.After I watched him open up a bar item with his teeth, and he disappeared, now over 15 minutes since I had sat down, I got up and walked out.
