I had a great breakfast at Betty's this morning. The most memorable part of it was my gluten free toast - from here!It looked like a bun, and was hefty for it's size. It was toasted & CLEARLY fresh. Crusty-crunchy on the outside, chewy & moist on the inside. It was such a fantastically delicious surprise that before I knew it, I had eaten the whole thing with butter and jam. Great gluten free bread!!

I just tried my first Brian’s Best everything bagel. 5 stars. EXCELLENT! Definitely the best overall gluten free everything bagel I’ve ever had. No doubt about it. The fact that their bagels are also dairy free and made of natural, wholesome ingredients is really cool. I double toasted it. The bagel was nice and crunchy around the edges. The spice mix on top was that perfect everything bagel mix and didn’t fall off in the toaster. We were pleasantly surprised to see these amazing bagels are made in Cheektowaga! We can’t wait to check out the bakery in person. Great stuff Brian’s Best GF Bakery team! Killin it right here in WNY!

I have no restrictions, but I sampled a Dairy free and Gluten free roll, and I couldn't discern the difference ? yummy!!!
I went for the first time yesterday and was very pleased. Pat spent time with me going through my needs and identifying products. I bought everything bagels and Rye bread. I haven't tried the bread yet but the bagels are very good.

We tried their frozen pizza dough today and it is so far the best GF pizza we have had! There is a special way to handle this dough, but if you follow their instructions it does turn out great. My only suggestion for this pizza dough is to include baking instructions and I am glad I called ahead before baking it, as it is a little tricky, but is easy to do. I will say the dough is only enough for a personal pan pizza so if you wanted to make a medium to large size you would have to buy 2-3 packages.

Visiting Brian's Best is like walking through the door of family. You are greeted warmly and everyone is so friendly - owners, and customers alike. There is a strong kinship here. There products are amazing. I love their chocolate chip cookies, and their double chocolate chip cookies even more. I also enjoy their vegan rolls, and just recently tried their cheese bread. Oh my goodness! This past Friday, I got to try their pizza special, which is $6 and includes a huge piece of gf pizza, and a bottle of Perrier. The pizza is amazing. It is the best gluten free pizza I have tried. I can't wait for another time on a Friday that I can skip away from work and get this pizza special again. Delicious!
