Their food is disgusting. The fries have an after taste and too much salt. The workers are very rude and unprofessional. I don't recommend them.

I am not normally one to write a bad review. Today’s experience was subpar to say the least. My order was a cheeseburger burger (with no pickle) and some french fries. Simple enough. I was acknowledged, said my order, then was told to hold on. It took 5 minutes from the time the last car pulled forward to go to the window for someone to come back (after I asked if everything was OK), apologizing that they were understaffed, and then asked for my order again. I said my order again and then was told to drive up to the window. When I was at the window, they took my card for payment, gave it back, then proceeded to chat with each other for another 5 minutes (I have the timestamp of when I sent a text to my sister about how long it was taking to order). I finally got my order and left. When I got home, which is 3 minutes away, I went to eat the food. My cheeseburger had pickles on it and my fries were lukewarm at best. Now, I acknowledge that I may not have said no pickles the second time I ordered, as it took 5 minutes to give my order again so I probably forgot, but to have cold fries while the staff sat and chatted with each other is unacceptable. My order was a pretty basic order and it was very disappointing. I completely understand if a business is understaffed but to get the food that I paid for cold and to watch that staff chat to each other, not looking like they were attending to the food at all, is unacceptable and should be corrected as soon as possible. If not corrected, I’m not sure how much longer this location will remain open, as no one will want to order from this location again.

Waited twenty minutes to be served was ignored by all staff and three others waited too the store is disgusting dirty and workers don't have there crud together and keep making mistakes I'm truly disappointed in this store and the service today manager on shift didn't know what she was doing and she was really rude to my husband will be calling corp
