Anytime I come here, they get my order wrong, even when asked multiple times to make it right, real simple things, and spicy chicken and they gave me something that wasn't even that, I wanted a chocolate shake, they gave me vanilla, the older Caucasian lady at the counter should not work there, she doesn't even know how to listen or talk or do her job right, almost every time I eat here they get my order wrong 😂 how's this place still up

Every car every time in park through the drive though 20-30 min waits because they cant figure out how to do their job new building new equipment same aweful place I hate Mc Donald's but last 3 months I've stopped in bk I've left and had to get Mc d instead on my late night 13+ hour shifts so now I guess its Mc Donald's exclusively from now on.

Go early in the day! I went later in the evening so maybe that's why it was like this.... But it was nothing but homeless people in the lobby.... And there isn't much seating either so ur stuck sitting next to them... I dont mind then but wen I'm eating I don't wanna smell someone else BO

I had a coupon was unable to enter it into kiosk system. After I ordered from kiosk. There were a few other guest waiting. The updated lobby was nice. The tables and floor needed attention. There was ketchup bye trash receptacles on wall. While we were waiting for our orders no one updated us on wait or who was next. My Chicken sandwiches too much Mayo of both of them.
I absolutely love Burger King especially the double Whopper with cheese and chicken fries with a cold sprite
