Last experience picking up a delivery there (11/15 930 pm,) staff was outside on the phone screaming obscenities, threatening to beat someone. Check your order before you leave, it's probably wrong. Customer service is non existent and staff are just annoyed you exist.

Update April 2024. Place still cannot operate like a normal restaurant. You wait 20 minutes for a fast food order. No one takes any care in what they are doing here. Employees have zero standard or training for how they interact with customers. During a rush, employees will disappear. Place is a joke. Do not support this business
The cashier took multiple times to get my order correct. Once it was correct, and I paid, I was waiting for 5 minutes until I was told to pull into a parking spot when there was no one behind me. It took me waiting in my car about 15 more minutes for my food to finally come up. When I get home to open my bag, I find out the pies are Cold as well as the funnel cake fries. The wings were okay yet undercooked. The most accurate items that I was content with was the bacon roadhouse and my drink (coke no ice)

Nice to grab and go especially if you're weird out from cross border shopping and just wanna eat in the car on the way back home. Beef & chicken burgers were giving BK, except tastier and less crisp (fresh?) veg. Philly cheese bites (mini empanadas) were yummy, especially if you get buffalo sauce for dipping. My kids really liked the Buffalo sauced wings... so who am I to 'meh' about them. Fries were very seasoned, so we were all pleased about that. Next time I'd try the sandwiches instead of the burgers.
