We've ordered take out many times from checkers and it's always been quick and good. Today we ordered and they failed to give us our dipping sauces. Those are key, can't eat my chicken with out sauces. We ordered fried dough sticks and they also failed to include those in our bag. Very disappointing experience this time.

HOW HARD IS IT TO GET ORDERS RIGHT?!?! We haven't come here in months, and just today, we ordered double checkerburgers with cheese, and they gave us CHICKEN sandwiches with no cheese and EXTRA lettuce? I swear, every time we come to fast food places, this one in particular, something does wrong half the time. It's really not that hard to get orders right.

I use the app to order ahead. For our night shift. I order like 10-15 minutes ahead. I get there and still have to wait 10min. Why order ahead. Then you walk up to the window. They just look at u with a mad look. I stand there 5min waiting to see if order is done. I order pickle only because we order 20 sandwiches at a time. Makes it easy.Have never got it right. The restaurant smell of weed BAD. The attitude at that restaurant is they make you nervous to complain. Get the violent feeling. We will never go back. McDonald's is right next door.

First and last time I will ever spend my money here, two chicken sandwiches that taste as if they were made 5 days ago, and I won’t even get I to the walk up service we encountered, what a complete waste, shame on Checkers if this is their best.
Great food! I lived in Winter Haven, Florida for a while. Thats were i was introduced to checkers and loved it! When they came here to Buffalo i was all in! Love the Big Bufords and the fries are the best Buffalo has to offer.

I try not eating fast food much, but if I do, it's definitely checkers. I loved them when I was in Tampa. And when they moved into the buffalo area, I was excited. Glad to see they are opening new stores here. ?Update**Wish they'd open more!

The cashier took multiple times to get my order correct. Once it was correct, and I paid, I was waiting for 5 minutes until I was told to pull into a parking spot when there was no one behind me. It took me waiting in my car about 15 more minutes for my food to finally come up. When I get home to open my bag, I find out the pies are Cold as well as the funnel cake fries. The wings were okay yet undercooked. The most accurate items that I was content with was the bacon roadhouse and my drink (coke no ice)Update 2013. Staff is terribly unfriendly. Expect to not have your doordash orders made until you show up. Totally defeating the purpose of pre ordering a meal. Staff needs to be retrained

Went to grab a quick bite for the kids after school yea mistake, cold, old burgers, smelled sour as ever. Just nasty you can tell by the A1 sauce they have been sitting for a min.

If you like your food with a hundred pounds of salt in it, then this is the place for you. I couldn't taste anything, just saltiness. The only thing I got out of that experience is high blood pressure.
