Waited 25 minutes with zero customer re assurance or an apology for the wait and when I got to my vehicle the bag was missing sauce., fries where so stale I couldn’t eat them. Definitely over paid poorly managed teenagers that had zero care about their work place or the customers at mind. Will not be returning to this location again. I would give this location zero stars if it was an option. I paid $20 for a bag of garbage I feel like.

Liked their grilled chicken sandwich and their amazing sauces. Was good
the size of the chicken on my sandwich is insane... literally half the size of the bun. compared to the other grilled chicken sandwich i bought, it is abysmally small. for a $15 meal that is not it. they were nice though the food is not anything ive gotten before. smh

So I have been to this Chic fil a 6 times and 4 out of the 6 they have forgotten parts of my orders. Three of those times I caught it before I left the store. One time I got all the way back and realized. I tried to call the store with no luck. You can not call this store directly.. the people working here do not pay attention to details or the orderes. Out of All the many different states and chic fil A's I have been to. This has to be the worst. The food is still good. Just the service isn't the best.

Although we went later in the evening there were lots of people waiting for food. It seemed like they were keeping the drive thru moving and letting those inside just wait. There was one young man who was literally working circles around the others and then was reprimanded in front of customers because he was supposed to be doing register yet their was NOBODY in line and a ton of us waiting. Apparently, he was new and training. However, the only thing I saw taught was don't try to work hard. The food once we got it was good. Typical Chick-fil-A food, and that's a good thing as their food is generally something you can count on as good. Just wish the evening staff was a little friendlier and more on the ball.
Chick Filet has the best chicken sandwich in WNY. The chicken is all excellent white breast meat and every bite is perfect. No weird hard objects and just enough breading. I had the deluxe chicken sandwich with American cheese. When you open the box it is entirely different than any other take out. The ingredients are fresh and delicious unlike other places where they are squished and microwaved.Yes the drive thru is too slow and they clearly are trying to address it. They sent 2 employees out to take orders further back in the line and honestly, they were brutally bad. I'm not even sure they knew where they were lol. The one stood for several minutes and stared at her tablet, for what I don't know. Finally I said are you taking orders? She looked at me blankly then kind of nodded. I asked a question about the sandwich and she hadn't a clue. It took her several minutes to put in 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 orders of waffle fries. There was a guy that I'm not certain even has vocal chords. The manager came out to talk to him and repeated it 3 times until he moved. They weren't angry, they were absolutely either drugged or brainless. Whatever the problem, the body was present but the brain was not. I say that not to be mean but just to explain how bad they were. Wow. So don't hate on them if the drive thru is slow.When I pulled up to the cashier however he was excellent. He was everything you would want, friendly, professional and I left happy.There are staffing issues everywhere and from what I saw they are trying to fix the problem with what they have as staff. I waited 12 minutes at 10:40 in the morning but the quality of the food was well worth it! And the chick filet dIpping sauce is AWESOME!!! I will be back next time I'm out that way!
