I felt like I was being pranked. Only 10 people in front of us and it took them over 40 minutes to get through the line. I’ve never seen workers move so slow, they seemed to have difficulty at every step of the process which was weird given it’s just pointing and scooping.

Food was good got my usual white rice barbacoa with black beans , fajita , lettuce shredded cheese and guacamole and chips on the side. I also got the sour cream and vinaigrette and I highly recommend to mix them together in one container and shake it real good pour it on your meal so delicious

My experience at this Chipotle was absolutely unacceptable. The staff spent their time playing around, talking among themselves, and ignoring customers, instead of providing proper service. From the manager down to the employees, the level of unprofessional behavior is shocking.
I was treated with clear discrimination, as they ignored me while helping people who arrived after me. No one apologized or made any effort to correct the situation. Their attitude showed me that this location does not care about customers at all and is not capable of providing even basic professional service.
This store does not deserve even one star. Very bad experience. I will not be returning.

I’m sick of this location honestly. Everytime I order online for pickup I have to wait 30 minutes for them to bring my order from the back to the front. I was driving by today and it didn’t look too busy, so I decided to go inside and order. The lobby was a disaster, the line was severely depleted and the workers are desperately trying to keep Up. When I finally get to the front of the line there’s no carne asada left, was told it would be another 5 minutes. Settles for dried out steak because I didn’t want to wait any longer. What did the manager accomplish in this time? Not a single thing. Just standing around watching the employees struggle, and waiting for customers to get to the cash register. I’ve honestly never witnessed such incompetence in my life.

Give terrible portion size. Gave zero rice or basically anything else and when confronted proceed to tell me that they have to measure the sizes as protocol and when I asked for extra rice didn’t follow there own rules and just gave me it in a cup.
First time going to this location and all I can say is WHAT A MESS. After seeing the food prep counter I passed on getting food. My wife purchased barbacoa and survived.

This store was probably the worst run store I have ever seen. Our experience started off at the end of the line with the workers taking their sweet time to make our food, which wasn’t the issue I can understand that due to the being busy. My friends and I reached the counter and the worker proceeded to walk away and leave for the night leaving us waiting to get our order taken and a line out the door. There were multiple other workers walking around making eye contact with us some of them asking if we had ordered yet which we clearly haven’t. After waiting for around 5-8 minutes our order was finally taken. Yet the girl who took our order was so disrespectful and rude. She was slamming food on our burritos and bowls yelling at other employees that she shouldn’t even be on the line. Then one of my friends had ordered a build your own and she started making a kids quesadilla my friend politely corrected her and the worker stared at my friend in her eye proceeded to pick the cheese off the quesadilla and throw it aggressively on the ground. I was in shock watching this go down. I will not be recommending this store to our friends and I hope you take this compliment seriously with either hiring new staff or getting a new manager. Speaking of the manager the entire time he was sitting in the back eating candy (the customers could see him) and only coming up to cash people out when the customers screamed to the back asking someone to help cashing people out. Please fix this store or just get rid of it.
