We were told they were out of chicken, rice, queso, peppers and 2 other items at 7:40 for the night, even though the store didn't close for a couple more hours. The staff wasn't rude, just very nonchalant, maybe it was just a long day. The store seemed to be in a little disarray so I assumed they just couldn't get free but it did discourage me from purchasing a special tea. I'm willing to try again on a better day

I ordered a steak bowl online and they skimped me so much! I barely had rice, it was not filled at all on the side. There were barely any steak, maybe a handful of beans. Even the veggies were low! Please don’t skimp customers. It’s already so expensive for fast food. For that price though, in McDonald’s you’d get 2 burgers, a fry, a drink, and a pie on the app with money left over for extras. Corp needs to take this seriously smh

Probably my worst experience at a chipotle. Line was to the door when we arrived, and we Waited nearly 45 minutes in line. Ran out of several kinds of food, which is at least part of why things were taking so long. But they weren't making more of everything, even though it was 2 hours until closing, and the line was still stupid long even when we finally got our food. The chips were stale. I'm sure it's a stressful situation on the employees but they weren't even kind of apologetic about the situation.

Went into this chipotle today and was very disappointed. The person handling the food had her hair down. I asked one of the employees can you ask her to push her hair back. She then proceeded to tell her what i said and the employee had an issue. I didn’t even eat because i was grossed out. I don’t want anyone handling my food whose hair is down. Sorry i will never return to this chipotle. Lack of management was shown today

Was visiting from out of state. We are not new to Chipotle but this day/location was a disappointment. Chicken was over cooked and hard. Cashier was rude to the customer in front of me and just dumped my change in my hand without saying a word. The dining area was busy but no employees were actively cleaning the area and appeared to be staffed well enough. We had to clean our own seating area just to eat. Hopefully this location isn't like that all the time.

Love love love Chipotle and I am rarely disappointed with their Salad w Chicken, but this time around, I didn't think enough chicken was added and the pieces were chopped much smaller than usual and there was something off about the dressing. Guac was on point as usual though!
This has got to be the worst chipotle location EVER. I don’t even eat at this location, but my husband and I deliver with door dash and every single time we have an order to pick up here, there is an issue/rude staff. If you’re a dasher, don’t even bother accepting orders from this location. And do not come here to eat - the place is nasty and dirty inside. Also they claim to be out of something/multiple things every time.

Workers attitudes are horrible and don’t you dare come two hours before closing they will say all the food is gone even though everything is full because those are for online orders they won’t serve you.
