Not the first time they screwed up our takeout. We ordered curbside for my husband to pick up last night. My sub contains bacon as a main ingredient had no bacon, and the requested peppers were missing also. My husband's cheese steak sub had raw onions with burnt tips in place of the grilled ones that it was supposed to have. Overall not a good experience for the last time.

Went here with my girlfriend after a long day because we were hungry. This place satisfied us with tasty sandwiches. I got the BLT and she got the Dagwood. The staff will give you lots of options to customize your sandwich. We also got free water. The sandwiches were tasty, but we think they use miracle whip and not mayo. Plenty of spots to sit down and enjoy. They also gave us some coupons for next time. I would go back if I was in the area and needed a sandwich.

I ordered a sub through door dash today & have ordered a few times before. I spoke to a guy on the phone and asked him if they could SIMPLY check my sub over to make sure it was made correctly, he said yes no problem i'll make sure it's made to order. I said ok thank you; because i've had problems in the past ordering through here; i said I'll give it one more shot. I get my sub and open it, no cheese, no tomato, no banana pepper or capicola. How TF this is even possible, i don't know. Never ordering from here again & im telling everyone i know how shit and lazy this place has become. Extremely embarrassing.

My office is always ordering from the Union location. Holly and her staff are amazing. So very friendly, always willing to help. For example needed a lunch for my staff of about 28 hungry guys. I got busy with my day and ended up calling her at 11:35 am I was able to pick up it up at 11:50 am for a noon time lunch. It really helped me and I appreciate all the hard work that they have done in the past few years. Keep up the great work.

We ordered two subs, the godfather and a build your own (turkey, lettuce, mayo, banana peppers, provolone). A little blown away by the complete opposite of quality between the two. The godfather was huge! Full of meat and beautiful. It was delicious. The build your own was absolutely terrible. The bread was half the size and looked like a squishy soggy sandwich from Subway. It was missing half the menu items as well. I would absolutely give a chance again because it's been a staple in the area for ages, but that day definitely missed the mark.

An online order incomplete at pickup time. No one had a clue. Horrible management. 20 minute extra wait for a cripple, me. The pain was excruciating. Only one sub was made at pickup time. The crew were looking at each other wondering what the problem was. The subs that are normally delicious were mediocre at best. Only one staff member apologized but the sub took an extra 20 minutes of waiting. Nothing else was even mentioned as an apology to help possibly make "it" right ?
