Zero point complaining to the store as the standard solution is to send you a $3.00 off coupon for your next pizza. Why would I want to order yet another pizza -- for just a $3.00 discount -- after spending good money on this one and having it delivered burnt to cinders around the outside edge?
And the driver got lost.

Order # 3485 Ordered two pizza. Went to pick up right away. It looked like old pizza reheated. It tasted so bad. Kids been asking for a pizza night and that what we got. So angry and disappointed. Would never order pizza from them ever.

3 weeks ago we got a rescue Pizza it was a free pizza brought it home nothing like what we ordered offered a free one but we had to go out of town on business and never got it. tonight ordered a medium Deluxe with Parmesan cheese bread twist went to pick it up pizza was completely wrong and the Parmesan bread twist for cinnamon offers a free 2 L and remake the pizza and give us the pizza they ruined I do not recommend this place they don't look at orders they don't care I'm sick of getting screwed by this place. I was going to tell you is buyer beware!
Generally speaking, I've been happy with this location. Yes sometimes they forget the garlic cup, but the food is pretty consistent. However, I won't be eating there again as my last pizza had a decent sized random piece of metal in it. They refunded and apologized... but I'm turned off from eating there now.

The one guy working blew his nose and didn't wash his hands then continued to make pizzas. After the second time I called him out on it and he got mad at me and kicked me out.
