The atmosphere and service is great but for some reason I never get a fresh donut here. It always seems day old. I waited 5 visits before leaving this review. 4 days in the early morning. Once around noon. Every time, stale donut. How unfortunate.
Location needs new management drinks and orders are always messed up theres always a long wait to take my order one of the worst dds in the area

I asked for 2 bagels with cheese, the lady forgot the cheese on both bagels. I asked very nicely. I was handed 4 slices of cheese on my hand and told to do it myself. She said this isn’t Mc Donald’s and to do it myself. Absolutely absurd service!!! Never again!! People are begging for jobs and here we have two of the laziest people in the planet working, customer service has gone to garbage. The police officer behind me thanks me for keeping my cool and not causing a scene when I was handed slices of cheese on my hand.
