Inconsistent and slow. Same drink ordered everyday and different each time, including a cup of milk instead of a latte. Staff is untrained or lazy I'm not sure which but makes for an unprofessional and unsatisfied experience. I actually look to see who is working before I order anything because I know who will make it right. Just plain dissatisfied.
I came in this store 3 mins before close and the woman took my order like it was the first one in the morning, she was kind and really made my drink to perfection! I wish I knew her name but she said my dog was cute and she had a pitbull and an older dog! She is bomb.com keep up girl stay you
The atmosphere and service is great but for some reason I never get a fresh donut here. It always seems day old. I waited 5 visits before leaving this review. 4 days in the early morning. Once around noon. Every time, stale donut. How unfortunate.
