The atmosphere and service is great but for some reason I never get a fresh donut here. It always seems day old. I waited 5 visits before leaving this review. 4 days in the early morning. Once around noon. Every time, stale donut. How unfortunate.
Purchased 50 munchkins, carafe of coffee and a cream filled donut and hot tea.Had everything to go with the coffee order and munchkins but they forgot cream for hot tea and the cream filled donut.Had to ask for a donut which they bagged up and they had too many people and forgot the cream so I needed to leave without it.I like accurate service and this missed the mark.

It's Dunkin.. however the employee serving us didn't seem to like their job as they were not friendly or outgoing; they were short with their answers to questions and the drinks came out below the quality that we are used to from a Dunkin so much so that we didn't even finish them.
