This commercial company was referred to my snow removal company thru there produce supplier delivery driver. The lot had already received two prior snow storms not even touched the union rd entrance was 9feet tall and solid ice the lot had 5.8 inches of snow drifts 12ft or better in drive-thru. Small businesses help each other in New york state.I called the whole crew and my dads brought 3 more trucks high lifts we had them opened for lunch.And they stiffed us on the seasonal contract balance after making EL Agave mexican restaurant priority to get property open for cash flow purposes we saved this business from closing for season seeing no other plow company had time or room for another contract or 6 hrs first removal job in which i included in seasonal contract when others would of took advantage of this situation.Hope we can put this behind us we love to service a good Mexican restaurant great food and employees.

Place needs a major renovation. Paint on doors is worn off. Tables have rocks under them to level. Tables look like they have 20 layers of chipped paint.Didn't eat there. Walked in and walked out.

We didn't stay to eat. The table was tacky and had crumbs on it....the waitstaff blames it on the varnish on the table. It was not clean. They have draft beer advertised as well and do not have draft beer. Atmosphere was disappointing. We could not bear to eat there.

Food was good but service was terrible. Ordered for pickup. When I got home I was missing part of my order. Tried to call them to let them know it was missing and got hung up on repeatedly. Literally had to drive back to the restaurant to get the rest of my order and waited a half hour. Unorganized.

The food was awful, the service was terrible, he came over like twice total. But the orange juice tasted weird, like old or something, I think they got it from Family Dollar. maybe I shouldn't diss on family dollar like that. The "sour cream" did not taste anything like sour cream. The meat was just soaked in grease, it was terrible. Literally THE WORST restaurant experience I've EVER had and I've been all over the country.

STOP AND READ BEFORE GOING !!!!!!Let me start from the beginning! We were seated at a table with no menus, napkins, forks, knives NOTHING! Sat there for almost 20 mins before one of the waitresses came over. This waitress was extremely inattentive. She forgot everything we would ask for and then got annoyed when we would ask. The food is not good at all nor worth the money! Not to mention they add their own tip to your bill so be mindful of that (18%). The bathroom was disgusting. Oh and there was another waiter (male) that came over at 10:30 telling us we had to leave when they didn’t close until 11!!!! He was very rude and had an attitude. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Worst experience ever.

Food was horrible. Looked like was just slopped on the plate. The waiter was sleeping at a table when we walked in. Had to ask to warm up the cheese sauce that comes out heated. The waiter never came to ask about the food. Had to get forceful about getting check. Waiter was not at all helpful in any way. Will never go again. The food was so bad I wouldn’t give to my dog because she probably wouldn’t eat it either.

My wife and I were there a couple weeks ago, the food was just ok, it had a leftover feel to it. It wasn't bad but not great either. The dinning room could use a good cleaning. Honestly the best part was our waitress, she was clearly working alone, it took a little while to get anything but it wasn't from lack of effort on her part. Overall, I would give it another try but for sure isn't my first choice for Mexican food in that area.

I used to go here fairly often before moving in 2018. When I moved back this past month I figured I'd check it out again. I have to admit, this place has gone downhill, hard. The fresh tortilla chips and salsa you usually get were replaced today by a generic tasting, multigrain chip and the salsa appeared to be poured earlier in the day as some of it spilled on the outside of the dish and was a different color from the salsa in the bowl. I know it's a Mexican restaurant, but they were out of fries and couldn't make the appetizer we placed an order for. The worst part was by far the main courses. They were completely underwhelming - my old go-to was the Don Juan burrito; the ingredients/taste were completely different from years back, it appeared to be similar to the size it's always been, but unlike other visits did not fill me up. My girlfriend ordered a quesadilla which was $16 and could not have been bigger than an 8 inch shell and served with a measly side of lettuce covered in guac and a dribble of sour cream. We ate our food, paid, and pretty much vowed to never return here again which is super disappointing.
Tried this place tonight. Service was awful. Waited over 20 minutes for chips and another 20 for a margarita. Tables were sticky and food was cold. My son left hungry because the cheese in his enchiladas weren’t melted. Sent cheese dip back and they microwaved it and sent it back with the center still cold. Do not go here!

Do not waste your time or money at this establishment. The food was mediocre at best. Our server was rude and disappeared the whole time we were there. The bus boy brought us the additional napkins and to go boxes. Place was empty and I have a good idea why. Can't see this place staying in business for very long.

Ordered via door dash so unsure about the service. But the chicken and cheese quesadilla you could tell was made with fresh ingredients along with the salsa. I also ordered the 3 regular tacos and there was a 4th snuck in with all of them very full and presentation was amazing. Serving of chips was perfect for one person. A+++!!!
