First i want to say there was no one in the restaurant when we got there so I feel as though the way were treated was very unprofessional . MANDY our waiter was very upset with our request which was a little crazy cus we didn’t really ask for anything .. she didn’t bring a side order out and when i asked for it again she rolled her eyes . while we were still talking she walked away and obviously we called her back but she huffed and puffed like we were asking for the most . My friend realized that the waiter and her waiter friend were pointing and talking about us and we were honestly so confused . Mandy kept walking back & forth signaling that she wanted us to leave we were barely there 90 minutes . we eventually asked for the bill and when it was time to pay i feel she was only being nice because she wanted a tip . i only tipped her one because i felt that the service we had was not tipping worthy . i proceeded to walk away and she mumbled something under her breath . i obviously don’t know what she said but i know she was being rude. Anyways i hope to never have you again MANDY because you were very rude

Always great. We always get the build a bag. We are always stuffed when we leave.
Customer service is always great except for this one lady. She's always rushing us to order. Doesn't matter because I'm always gonna take my time!!

I typically just buy the sauce and do a boil at home to save a little money but any chance I get to dine in, I always will! The staff is so friendly, the restaurant is always so clean and the food is delicious!!!

The Crab/Lobster Po’Boy for sure wasn’t worth 18$ barely anything on the generic sub roll not even a real poboy roll. It was good when I did taste anything though. Wouldn’t get again but wouldn’t be mad if I did also.

Stay away from this place. There are better spots. The service is horrible. I had to go find my waitress twice. I got 2 bills for the same meal. The food is not fresh and over seasoned/buttered, and I love seasoning. I’m a foodie. I spent the night in the bathroom following the meal. Try Aloha Krab Cajun Seafood & Bar instead. I wish I had ?.

My daughter and her friends ate at the restaurant and was forced to pay for their food before any of the food was served. My daughter asked someone at the table next to her if they were prompted to pay for their food first and those guest didn’t have to. Ny daughter proceeds to ask the waitress if that was proper practices at this restaurant and the waitress responds “we had to do so because kids usually run out on the bill”

Most unpleasant experience my daughter has had so far. On top of that her food looks disgusting but is too afraid she’d be put into the “all kids” category…

Is this part of the policy at this particular King Crab?

People really need to learn how to rate properly! For example, giving 1 star because something you like of theirs isn't available for sale either in the restaurant or on Amazon is totally unwarranted and NOT a reason for a single star! That lowers their overall rating and when people like me see anything below a 3.5, they assume it's not a good place to order from when in actuality, they are. I suggest watching the "Yelp" South Park episode if you don't understand what I'm saying.
