Tonight I had the Best lil Caesars pizza I've ever had. Finally the stores being run right! The manager ( young lady, blond dread locks) is doing a great job. The pizza was crispy & chewy. Service was fast & pie was perfectly cut. Credit due👍

Put in a mobile order. Was told 15 to 20 minutes. Hour later food not ready even though app said it was. Was also told that they are taking lobby orders over mobile orders.

Wish I could rate this place 0 stars. Get your system together. Very unorganized, portal always broken, sodas always warm, nothing ever hot and ready. Been waiting over 40 minutes for a pizza I had to order twice. General manager extremely rude, unprofessional and holds no accountability for THEIR errors. Harlem road in cheektowaga ny location.

Good food, service isn’t the best. I can deal with the service for the price and ease. I definitely recommend to all the parents who are short on cash or just don’t feel like cooking.

Horrible store and mangment they hire for a week and then fire me and never gave me a termination letter, the pizza taste nasty they never clean their hands they make pizza with no gloves because I work there and send it and the manager just hits on young workers all day and they probably have sex in the office lol so please don't eat this pizza at this location

Went in last night at 9:25 to pick up pizzas to help a family in need and ordered 4 meat trio pizzas. I was told after 9pm you can only get traditional. I said ok I'd like 4 cheese and pepperoni please. The lady taking my order yelled back the order and the guys in back were upset I was ordering. The young lady said there's 3 in the box. I said I'll just take the 3 in the box. Apparently it was more important to the people in back to go outside. I said I will just take the 3 in the box. She was apologetic and accommodating. I yelled in the back that it was absolutely horrible customer service. Why do people think they should get paid for not doing their job?

I went here twice recently and both times there was an issue with the food being cold. First time I got crazy puffs and Italian bread and asked for them to be made fresh and as soon I got into my car and opened them I knew they were not fresh. They looked dry and when I bit into them they were barely warm. I was late to an appt so I didn’t have time to go in and get new ones. Today I went in and got a classic pizza and crazy puffs. I asked for a fresh ones and again got into the car and opened the box and it definitely was not fresh. Again just barely warm. Had to go home and put it into the oven. I’m new to the area and this was the closest Little Caesar’s to me and since there were other people in there I didn’t want to have to wait for one to be made again.

I have not found anyone more despicable than the man behind the cashier. He treats people as if they are his employees. I excused him the first time and said to myself, it seems he has a problem. When I came back a month later, I found that his behavior was getting worse. Oh my God, he is unbearable.
