Nothing was bad or anything, food was a bit oversalted, drinks were expensive, and service was friendly but sparse/understaffed. The place was overall lacking attention to detail: missing settings, numerous burnt out bulbs, dingy looking flatware. But it's a chain restaurant and therefore met my expectations.

Had the worst experience here. They were out of multiple menu items and alcoholic beverages which can happen but 5 out of 5 steaks were very undercooked. When we sent them to be cooked more only 4 came back. We couldn’t wait to leave to never return.

We had lunch on Valentine's Day at the Walden Galleria location. I had the filet mignon and lobster tail menu item. The filet was cooked medium rare and was perfectly done. The lobster was delicious. I recommend the sweet potato with honey and cinnamon. The salad was crisp and hearty. I loved the homemade bleu cheese salad dressing. Our waiter was friendly. They make strong bourbon drinks just the way I like them! We stayed for a few hours and enjoyed good conversations with our group and we were not rushed out. I highly recommend the restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
It was horrible nobody knows what going on far as the wait time I got there at 5pm made a reservation for five and was told it will be 30 minutes and they would send a text message that they never sent I went back in to check how much longer at 5:20 pm still about 30 minutes okay went back in at 6pm asked how much longer the confusion nobody knew ooh we just gotta wipe off the table I said okay still nothing I asked how much longer and asked for the manager he was a t trutwaffle was annoyed, cause I asked him how much longer and why didn’t I get a text? Showed him my phone that I didn’t get nothing he was so disrespectful and rude cause I asked him a question about how long The so called text came at 6:11 pm not at 5:40pm unbelievable I felt disrespected and insulted during black history month nope I’m Gud you wont get my business

Food was good! Our waitress was very helpful and nice. The restaurant was very busy and many of the staff seemed very flustered. Our table was right next to the kitchen which was not great. Probably putting some kind of a door on the kitchen would be a good idea. The young man at the host desk was not very friendly nor helpful. Hopefully he is still learning his customer service skills. We were put on a waiting list, were waiting inside, and got text messages saying sorry you missed your reservation even though we were there waiting for someone to come to the host desk. A little more organization and this place could be great. Screenshot added of the text messages we got all while standing at the unoccupied host station.

We have a theory that you can’t have great service and great food together at longhorns. Food was great as usual but our server Jim was seriously lacking in the customer service portion. Smile a little bit, ask your tables how’s their day going. Ask if there’s anything special bringing them.

Super trash. I placed an order for a medium well steak and sent a burnt piece. What made it worse is they which I’m sure purposely put the burnt side of the steak face down.
