I wanted to like this. Chicken finger sub and pizza weren’t bad but I found a hair cooked in to my steak hoagie. It made me not want to eat the other stuff that I had ordered. So yeah..

Ordered and never received the pizza, called the next day and they said they were not sure what happened. Ordered again today and the pizza was missing fresh basil or hot honey and under cooked. Done with their inconsistencies, Maybe if they focused on making the food and not funny post on social media, they would be consistant. I'll stick to imperial and papas pizza oven.

I ordered the food over the phone. They told me it would be ready in 45 minutes. I got there after 45 mins, and the food still wasn’t ready. I waited another ten minutes, went to get my food, and they gave the food to a DoorDash worker. The lady said she was going to remake my order and give me a refund for the literal hour that I waited and the 20 minutes I traveled. I said okay cool, she went to get another worker, and the worker said never mind, they were either going to remake the food or give me a refund, not both. I said give me my refund this is rediculous. I will never spend money with this place again, the workers didn’t even care that they inconvenienced me and wasted over an hour of my time. They were very smug and rude. They were being rude to us for their mistake. I’m extremely dissatisfied

I ordered chicken wings online from Macy Pizzeria at 4:00 PM for a 5:30 pickup. I arrived at 5:28 and was told it would be another 5-7 minutes - my order wasn't actually ready until 5:50. The wings themselves were decent, but the salt & vinegar ones had an extreme amount of salt. On top of that, the place seemed to be run by very young staff who were blasting inappropriate music while customers were waiting. Overall, the food was okay, but not worth the inconvenience or the unprofessional atmosphere. I would never order there again.

Listen, if you’re going to charge almost $30 for a small specialty pizza, it better be at least baked right! I keep giving this place one more chance and now I’m done. Under done, doughy, like the meat isn’t fully cooked. This place blows.

I ordered 3 sheet pizzas and 50 wings for a party & 2 boxes of pizza were completely burned. Half of the wings were burned as well. Very disappointing.
They are SLOOOOOW. I don't know if it's because everyone in there is young with no strong leader in the kitchen, but they are super slow. Food is really just.... decent.

Definitely good food and the people are nice at the counter but it's 9:41 on Wednesday and you're listening to some really vulgar music If I brought my child in there to order food this would be pretty offensive. Definitely not very nice to listen to while I'm waiting for a door dash ☹️

I ordered via door dash at 541 pm at 10 22 25 I didn't get my food until 8ish I called stayed on the phone until I was hung up on for half an hour and my order was wrong this place used to be good it's definitely fallen off

Hands down the best wings. But doesn’t really matter when you can’t order. Called multiple times to be put on hold each time for quite sometime. At one point it was 6 minutes in. I’m at work and don’t have time for that. Had to get wings else where.
