WORST Pizza experience of my life!!! Ordered a cheese and pepperoni pizza, pretty simple. Was told it would be an hour delivery. TWO HOURS LATER, pizza arrives with cheese and hot peppers. How??? The driver says they're going to make me a new pizza and she'll be right back. ANOTHER HOUR, and she finally returns, the pizza is basically cold, and they make me pay full price. Never again.

Spent $45 Ordering the fall date night box and it was horrible. What a waste of money ??♀️ Pizza was saucy, sloppy and the cheese was disgusting. They didn’t even cut the pizza into slices. The garlic knots were burnt black. The staff should be ashamed serving that kind of food to a customer. We will not be returning..

the lady at the counter this morning and all the opening crew thought it would be funnny to stand in the window and all of them give me the double middler finger all because they kept telling me a few more minutes and it was well over 20 minutes already. The marked in the doordash system was ready at 10:40am, but rudely tells me they do not open till 11. So why did you accept the order and say it readys when you are not even open. HUGE lack of professionalism here

Two years ago we stumbled across Macy’s on our trip to see family in Buffalo. I had heard about it on Twitter and convinced my wife to give it a try. What we experienced was some of our favorite pizza we’ve ever had. Fast forward to present day and another trip to Buffalo. We knew Macy’s would be a spot but hoped we hadn’t romanticized it too much over the last two years. Nope, we hadn’t. It was just as good as the first time. Excellent pizza. We also went with a cookies and cream dessert pizza. It was pure sugar bliss. I can’t recommend this place enough. Side note: they forgot to cut the dessert pizza which initially was a problem but allowed me to cut a piece as big as I wanted which had positives… and negatives. ?

Ordered $45 worth of food for delivery at 5:18pm today. Food to be ready at 6:18pm. At 6:35, I got a text saying it was ready. I called the store 30mins later at 7:05, I was told the delivery driver is "leaving right now". 30 mins after that, I called back again, just to be told that I'm the next delivery. It is now 7:50pm and I still have no food. I live SEVEN minutes away from the location and I've been waiting over 2 hours.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!! When our pizza was missing something we were treated like WE did something wrong, then when we called about another issue with our order they told us “we can’t do anything for you but you can place a new order”. My mind is blown that they’re still in business. We will never order from there again or recommend it to anyone ever.

Been here for slices for lunch that we’re usually pretty good. Have since bought whole pizzas and they’re hit or miss. The cheese this time around is like rubbery but stringy at the same time. Hard to explain but overall just a gross texture. A good slice is hard to beat at Macys but I’ve also had bad slices here too. Way too inconsistent. I won’t be back. Don’t waste your time, it’s not worth gambling 30$ if it’s going to be good or bad.

Not a sit down restaurant. The service is okay. Had several errors over the few times I've been there BUT the food and experience is worth it. The menu is huge. Lots of food to try. I love the creativity. The cons I discussed are minimal and don't affect my overall rating. Prices are very reasonable too.
