Girl cleaning the dining room with head phones on like she was at a night club. I wouldn't eat at moes again even if the food was free. I guess your standards as a business are gone like I am as your customer

Rice is often undercooked. Chips are likely fried in crammed batches, resulting in undercooked chips dripping with oil, I once had a take-out bag with a pool of oil at the bottom.
I gave this store another chance today, and all of the above happened, again, it has occurred multiple times. Protein was non-existent on one bowl.
I'll try Moe's again, but probably never this location. It's a huge waste of money.

I ordered 3 rice bowls from Moe’s Grill yesterday and I have to say, it was a huge disappointment. The food tasted like absolute garbage. I spent $50, and honestly, I feel like I completely wasted my money. On top of that, I specifically asked for double portions and paid extra for it, but the portions were far from doubled. It was honestly embarrassing how bad the quality was. If the CEO of Moe’s visited this location, I’m sure they would close it down immediately because the taste was nowhere near what I expected from Moe's. Definitely not returning.

I went in on Oct 13 at 2:20. Ordered 3 tacos and a cup of queso on Moe's. After about 5 minutes trying to figure out coupon codes I used a gift card to pay for my order. I swipe the brand new $20.00 gift card and the terminal says approved. The employee said did you use a gift card-i have to do that manually and asked for the card. With card in hand I'm told there's only $8.05 left on the card and that I need to pay the rest of the balance. I responded and said that the balance reflected the 11.95 that it was just stopped for. The manager on duty got involved, asked me to step aside to cash a customer behind me out. Afterwards the manager informed me that the funds weren't taken from the card there and that the card only has 8.05 on it. I let the manager know that it's because the card was swiped and approved and was told that it wasn't accepted and again insisted that it hasn't been loaded with $20 or hadn't been loaded correctly. At this point the food had to be cold so I left without the food and without the 11.95 that I spent. If you want Moe's in the area head over to the transit/losson location .

Stopped in Saturday September 21st at 6:45, the crew working was awesome. Greeted us as soon as we walked in, provided excellent service, made us delicious food, and were just super kind. This is our favorite Moe’s location. Always a great experience.

Yesterday (Thursday) was my first time ever at Moe's Southwest Grill on Union Rd in Cheektowaga. It was a Wonderful experience. The staff: Warm, Friendly, professional, being someone who owned and ran a catering business; that goes a long way in my opinion. The food was fresh and delicious! The atmosphere was calm and pleasant. I ordered a vegetarian Burrito and the ingredients in my burrito hit the spot l. In a scale of 1-5 with five being excellent .The burrito I ordered was 5+ in short it was off the chart! I will be back for another veggie burrito and to taste your other fare as well. ???

I am a big fan of Moe’s and I took 3 other families to this Moe’s but extremely disappointed with the service and some of my friends didn’t eat a thing and the women on the front doesn’t even greet properly ; speaks rudely and rushing to bill than ask for details and explain the menu for new people , I find it very different from other Moe’s I had been to. Also I was disappointed with the way the kids taco was handled , she just tossed items in side the taco with 0 interest and it’s all messy
Vegetarian options: Options are there in other Moe’s but this one is not vegetarian friendly as they use same knife to cut all buritoes

Cinco de myeo they advertised 5.50 buritos on western NY and BUFFALO TV stations. when I got to the resturant they said no stores in NYS honor that!.... then y advertise in NY?!The drink machines were mostly empty and out of 50% of the choices and Ice...yet they are remodeling when what they have looks fine...not a fan. next time I'll go to Rachel sI felt sorry for thier staff.

The place looks so bad inside, dirty rundown, and the staff - high turnover rate - never recognize the same people - but the amount of food they give you is ridiculously small. I ordered 3 kids meals (they gave 4 tiny cubes of meat - when I say cubes, smaller than 1/8" or smaller). Moes USED to give the customer a choice of a cookie or queso dip for the kids meal. Now they want to UPCHARGE $2.00 for the tiny tiny queso dip (per meal) which is the size of roughly 2 Tablespoons or less! Are they joking?!?They can keep their "food" -- the public has had enough of the price gouging quite frankly, and customers will take their business elsewhere. Unfriendly staff, manager did not care when we explained that every other Moes will offer the queso in place of the cookie - for NO charge - she refused. Will NEVER EVER go here again. Walked out without eating here after finding out how cheap they are. Would not recommend to anyone - find somewhere else to go. Zero stars would be more appropriate.
