DO NOT GO TO THIS MOE'S LOCATION! It is so bad, I have no words. The place looks so bad inside, dirty rundown, and the staff - high turnover rate - never recognize the same people - but the amount of food they give you is ridiculously small. I ordered 3 kids meals (they gave 4 tiny cubes of meat - when I say cubes, smaller than 1/8" or smaller). Moes USED to give the customer a choice of a cookie or queso dip for the kids meal. Now they want to UPCHARGE $2.00 for the tiny tiny queso dip (per meal) which is the size of roughly 2 Tablespoons or less! Are they joking?!?They can keep their "food" -- the public has had enough of the price gouging quite frankly, and customers will take their business elsewhere. Unfriendly staff, manager did not care when we explained that every other Moes will offer the queso in place of the cookie - for NO charge - she refused. Will NEVER EVER go here again. Walked out without eating here after finding out how cheap they are. Would not recommend to anyone - find somewhere else to go. Zero stars would be more appropriate.

It was Moe’s Monday and they only gave me 1 when I got two burritos and wanted both as Moe’s Monday deal. Workers had no personality and I was overcharged by not getting the deal. Not happy. Won’t be back to this location.

Went in to get a Burrito and Chips with Chili Con Queso. I was informed it was a limited time item. However Kenzie and Butter informed me that its only regular queso with taco meat and fresh jalapenos, and proceeded to make me some infront of my eyes. They went above and beyond and I highly recommend them as great Moes workers.

Service was slow even though it was practically dead and took about 2 minutes to even receive an acknowledgement that we were there. Worst of all the food was dry and bland. Portions were way too small for the price, but honestly ended up throwing more than half away due to being inedible.
Salsaritas and Chipotle put way more meat on your order than Moes. They give like a tiny scoop and slide it down. Its actually embarrassing.

I love the taste of Moe’s but for the 3rd time in a month at this location, all I wanted was a burrito! First two time tall charged me extra for stuff I didn’t get but I let it slide. Today 10/26/2023 I didn’t even get the right burrito and there were two burritos on the counter with 5 of you working! How do you possibly mess up this bad? I got white chicken, white rice, cheese, lettuce, and jalapeño. This sure doesn’t taste or look like chicken!

They have the nicest employees here :) I accidentally ordered something I was allergic to and was ready to pay for a replacement (since it really was my fault for not clarifying with them on ingredients) & instead they quickly remade my meal and did a return/exchange. There’s been so many times at other restaurants where I pay for my replacement (and that isn’t a problem!) but this was such a breath of fresh air talking to and being helped by such understanding people who didn’t charge me twice for making a mistake :) 100000000/10 service all my compliments to everyone in the drive thru & everyone working in store

I have driven past this place numerous times before I finally stepped inside. After the third visit, I can say the food is excellent. I haven't been let down. The employees are sometimes friendly and other times can assume they just had a rough day and they're exhausted... I get it. I've never stayed inside but it seems it would be comfortable seating. The price is a little more expensive compared to Chipotle or Rachel's for the same walk up and select food service.
