I placed an online order for 4:30 pickup, called at 4:40 when nothing was brought out. Once it was brought up I realized at home I had someone else’s order. Returned to get my proper order at 5, no apologies whatsoever from the staff, and the food was ice cold, meaning I was given the food I had originally ordered that sat for at a minimum 30 minutes. This is not how you run a restaurant and handle mistakes.

Went here after a good shopping day, and we had Jared with J !! He was absolutely amazing, so kind and so quickly to get our orders. On such a busy weekend his service was amazing!!

My fiancée and I went there for dinner because the waitlist said there was no wait online. We arrived and there ended up being a wait. Then we were forced to wait an exceptionally long time for our all you can eat pasta because of poor service by the kitchen staff. They then messed up my first pasta order by forgetting the chicken. Then we reordered our pasta again and they had brought me out the wrong pasta. The third time they brought the “fixed” pasta they had just dowsed the pasta with the correct sauce over the incorrect one. Thats when we finally had asked to speak to a manager. Will not be returning very disappointed

The food was excellent and our waitress was absolutely wonderful, friendly, attentive, and on top of everything.
However, the seating policy was a bit frustrating. My cousin called ahead to explain that she was planning a surprise 40th birthday dinner for a party of 18. My cousin confirmed with the manager that we would be seated even if the birthday girl arrived last (so the surprise wouldn’t be ruined). When we got there, the staff initially refused to seat us and the hostess said the manager said no — even though it had been pre-approved (maybe a different manager at the time of the call and didn't communicate to the next on shift or the staff?).
After a small, friendly conversation, they did go ahead and seat us (finally but too close to the birthday girl arrival), and the rest of the evening went smoothly.
Great food and service overall, but the inconsistency with the seating policy made the start of the night more stressful than it needed to be.

We came in to this location for our only night in Buffalo while visiting family. Unfortunately there were several issues with our order which was quite atypical compared to our usual experience at Olive Garden. We were seated at table 13 at about 7:30pm on Saturday November 15. We raised our concerns to Elise the service manager and she immediately responded in a professional way. She is great. The staff here is great. Elise is the star of this place, 100 percent the main reason I'd return without hesitation.

Genuinely the best dining experience I've had in my life. Jaysha sat us and immediately set the tone for the night. We had a nice conversation with her and she was so enthusiastic and interested in hearing about our day. Katie S. Was our server and she is an angel. Made us feel so welcome and at home and we got the best service! We laughed, joked and smiled all night long! Even the staff that wasn't helping us out seemed so kind! I felt like I've known Jaysha and Katie for a lifetime. It was so refreshing to have such an amazing experience with great people. I wish I was a millionaire so I could've tipped them a million dollars like they deserve. Hats off to this Olive Garden, keep doing what you're doing! -Riley & Max
