We came in to this location for our only night in Buffalo while visiting family. Unfortunately there were several issues with our order which was quite atypical compared to our usual experience at Olive Garden. We were seated at table 13 at about 7:30pm on Saturday November 15. We raised our concerns to Elise the service manager and she immediately responded in a professional way. She is great. The staff here is great.
