They’re mostly focus on sales, not the quality…. Still remember I used to go there right after Covid, food was great and the atmosphere. Now it’s not the same.spend your money somewhere else unless you’re really hungry

Customer service is terrible. Employees should not yell at customers nor should employees argue amongst themselves in front of customers waiting for their food. The food is average, nothing extraordinary nor of high quality. The atmosphere appears run down and the space is not maintained well.

The lady at the cashier is extremely rude, rolling her eyes, making faces and shouting, because I didn't know the process to order and when I asked her, she obviously was bother, she made us feel horrible and embarrassed us in front of the people in line.The guy behind me was kind enough to explained to me how to order, but by then my friend and I got so overwhelmed that we decided to eat somewhere else. If I could leave 0 star I would.

I have been coming here for years! I literally get the same thing every time - chicken teriyaki with double chicken, veggies, and fried rice. Make sure to ask the chef for extra teriyaki sauce and he will happily pour some on top of everything before you take your food. Love this place!!

Extremely rude staff that tried to ignore any questions about food and impatiently shouted to order quickly, one staff member rolled eyes and became busy on phone when we enquired where washroom was located.
This place used to be really good but the quality of everything has definitely slipped while the prices have skyrocketed! My vegetable fried rice had maybe 2-3 peas and a heaping pile of semi cooked cabbage that smelled like fish, chicken was way overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours. The bottles of pop aren't even 20oz and they are over $3 each. What a shame that they've fallen so far from what they used to be.

Always delicious. Great portions, great prices.
This place used to be really good but the quality of everything has definitely slipped while the prices have skyrocketed! My vegetable fried rice had maybe 2-3 peas and a heaping pile of semi cooked cabbage that smelled like fish, chicken was way overcooked and tasted like it had been sitting around for hours.
