Great place but drive thru takes a little bit during peak times.

Sadly, this place has gone downhill.. cold soup, my sandwich was just ok..
Waited 24 minutes for my order..
Not at all what it used to be..

The lady in the back with no disrespect at all, she was on the heavy side was very rude. Asked her a question and she was not polite with her response. The staff wasn’t wearing any hairnets I almost didn’t want to take my food. I hope when I return again they are more respectful and wearing hairnets, if not I won’t even place an order. I forgot the most important part they forgot to put chicken in my chicken Caesar salad !! I even called and the response was ludicrous…

I stopped by for a “you pick 2” and enjoyed a chicken Sandwich and French onion soup, and a coffee. Always a good place to stop for some tasty food. Also I got a frosted cinnamon roll, that was a little dry but it was evening time, but the coffee helped with moisture.

I ordered bagel with no sauce and avocado and I got bagel with sausage and no avocado. There wasn’t anybody when I went there and still they made wrong my request. When I arrived home, I realized. It was too late for me to ask for the exchange. I really don’t like sausage but today I had to eat my bagel with its oil 😕

Stiff & Tough sandwich, almost stale, for only a half it costs $10+ didn't come with any sauce, but a plain bag of chips. Price point too high for that disaster of quality and small quantity. Do not recommend.

We really like paneras but each restaurant seems to have its own level of cleanliness. This one misses the mark imo... But we did enjoy our food.

This was the absolute worst experience at a Panera that we have ever had. It is typically our go-to restaurant for our family, but we will never come back to this one in particular. Not only were they out of all soups but two, Mac n cheese, & avocado, but the bread was very stale, the dining area (tables & floors) and bathrooms were disgusting, and it was a Monday, of all days. If it were a busy weekend day I could maybe understand the disaster, but especially on a lower volume day, it certainly seemed like they had enough staff to keep up with basic cleaning & dishes. My husband said the men's restroom was unusable to take the kids into, so I brought them in the women's, but it wasn't much better! We are a pretty easy to please kind of crowd, but for a Panera- we were just shocked. I hope they can turn things around & do better- but they certainly have lost our business after that experience.

We stopped here on our way from Buffalo Airport to Niagara Falls. Great location with ample seating and a good selection of food.
