I've been to Panera Bread many times and I'm always impressed. While service can be slow from time to time, the quality of the food and cleanliness of the restaurant more than makes up for it.

Drive thru order, took 14 minutes, once I drive away not what I ordered. Food was not what I expect from panera, especially for the higher costs than casual fast food.

Ok this menu revamp is not it and I won’t be coming often. Why ruin all the bakery items topping with candy and sugar? Also big thing the turkey avaocodo blt is gone and replaced with chicken avocado blt the chicken is slimy and processed nothing like they turkey. It was a cheap downgrade disappointed for the money it cost here the revamp of this menu isn’t it.

Drive thru was a 15 minute wait for a premade soup and salad order. Salad had slimy greens mixed in. The soup I normally like was bland for some reason, like it hadn't been stirred in a while. $13.57 and time spent for a less than valuable experience. Was not worth it.

Out of hot water for tea, dark roast coffee. When we got the coffee, it was full of grounds.Floor sticky, doors grimey. An overall dirty appearance. Would not go back.

How do you guys get SO many orders wrong, even the simplest ones a coffee and a bagel you mess up frequently. Absolutely absurd, you weren't even busy?! What are your workers and managers doing come on man!
I always get the plain begal when stopping here, it's a very unique taste, kinda like a punch of cinnamon is added? Cannot put my finger on exactly what makes this so yummy. Plain begal roasted dry is my go to.

The woman working the drive through tonight left me with a very pleasant experience. There was nothing that was missed. She even gave a compliment to the dog in my car. In my opinion, an example employee. There was nothing directly wrong with the food, the menu idem I selected just wasn't that great and is more of a comment on the menu item, not how it was prepared.
