Ordered food from these people. Including a zero sugar 2 liter for relatives over who have diabetes and can't drink normal soda. They were out of the zero sugar pop and unilaterally decided to substitute it with regular Pepsi without calling or asking if that was ok. And then when I called to tell them they gave me the wrong beverage they told me they were out so that's what they gave me. No apology, no offer to replace the 2 liter or give me a refund/credit for it. Nothing. Absolutely shameful and it will be my last time spending money with them

what pizza place doesn't have fries like really?!?! Also they tried telling me my address didnt exist because they couldn't find it on their computer. Took so long to get it and it tasted OK at best . Sad when 7 11 pizza is the best tasting pizza and affordable around Buffalo now.

This is our second time doing a late night snack order and both times the order was correct, hot, and very good. 10-10:30pm We love breadsticks in this house and I like how theirs is like a mini pizza, I could smell them coming up the drive! Brownies are super soft and chocolaty. Whomever was on tonight keep up the great job!

To start, Was told my order was ready by text. It was not. Had to wait another 10 minutes. This was now the 2nd time. Better ingredients? Debatable. Better Pizza? HAHAHAHA!.....No. On par with Walmart Great Value Frozen Pizza. Yuck. Wings? Yeah No. Tasteless and soggy AF. Only good thing I had out of my 2 visits were the breadsticks. That is all that they have that is good. Maybe it's just this location. Who knows. But, never again. Next time ill order from a real pizza place and not from papa garbage.

The pizzas here are great….assuming you actually receive it within a reasonable time.
This location delivers using DoorDash, and unfortunately they clearly load up the drivers with multiple deliveries at once. Thanks to Papa John’s handy dandy pizza tracker, you can watch as your delivery driver goes all over Cheektowaga while your pizza sits in the visibly dirty backseat of whoever they decided to hand it off to.
When calling, the staff unfortunately are not fluent enough to understand what you are saying or asking. Once you DO get the point across that you want to speak to a manager, they share about how the manager is outside… not there… wherever.
At this point I’m convinced this location has no manager. Steer clear. It’s Buffalo guys…why are you ordering Papa John’s anyway, do you WANT to have a bad experience? This isn’t Florida, and we aren’t Dolphin fans.
Parking: Perfect place to get your car jacked if you feel like leaving the keys in when doing carry out. Highly recommend if you’re trying to get that gap insurance payout.

Value for money and fantastic pizza and garlic breads. The serving sizes are huge so be careful while ordering and ensure you have ample space in the belly to consume their loaded pizzas.
Been in there a couple times doing Uber and doordash orders and the guy at the register also makes food doesn't wear gloves or wash hands between cashing people out good luck ??

It’s just so boring. Cheese is borderline flavorless, sauce is one-dimensional, and the dough just kinda tastes like bread. If your middle school aged kids are having a sleepover, I’m sure it’ll be a hit, but for anyone else, you’ll almost certainly be disappointed.
