This is the third time the food has been sub par. Stale breadsticks. Cold food.
There are better pizza places in the area. There are even better Pizza Huts nearby.

I have ordered from this location multiple times and every time I am greeted immediately, I have yet to meet an employee there who isn’t very pleasant to interact with. My food is always hot and ready when they say it will be and it is always delicious.

If you are disabled and use curbside pickup, don’t order pizza from this location. I’m disabled and I placed my order for curbside pickup. I called the restaurant 4 times while waiting 20 minutes. A general receptionist answered the phone and told me they would contact the restaurant. The third and fourth time I called, I was transferred directly to the restaurant and no one answered the phone. Finally after waiting 20 minutes with no response, I went into the restaurant to get my order. If you are handicapped like myself, stay away from ordering at the Cheektowaga, NY Pizza Hut. Most people use curbside because they have some type of disability, that’s why we use curbside service.

Pizza for 1 was good, I liked it. Cost me 6 $. Not much place to sit, better for ppl to just grab and go. Took few minutes to make it, but it was worth it.
Showed up to store to order to order a pizza before posted close time and advised they will not be cooking any pizza So in short they closed earlier refused to serve me

I ordered delivery from Genesee street location in Cheektowaga NY at 8:10 pm and never got my order although it was marked as delivered at 8:43 the same time I got the message it was leaving the store. When I called the store the guy that answered indicated he would call the driver put me on hold and then hung up on me. When I called back the phone rang and rang until I was pushed to customer service to order whom did nothing to help but reroute my call back to the store after this circle went on three more times we finally got a number for corporate office and left a Complaint. As of this morning at 1030am no call back no refund never got the food had to order from somewhere else.

They only brought 1 pizza and I ordered 2. When the driver delivered it I showed him on the receipt that I ordered 2. He played dumb. I called the phone line and got a run around. The could not understand me. Will not order again. So they brought me the missing order but they changed me a second time for that pizza and they charge more. People just can’t do something that is easy in their job function. Calling my card company and dispute the second charge!!!
