Santora's Pizza Pub & Grill

Went to the Williamsville location on Memorial Day. Our server was Hanna, who did an amazing job! Shout out to the manager, Jason. He went above and beyond! I wanted to recognize him in this post. Thank you for your hospitality!

Limited menu compared to other locations. Some actual menu items not even available. “Oh we haven’t had that in a while” (still on menu). Specialty drinks made like a corner hole bar, not as described on menu. Happy Hour drinks not Happy Hour prices. Just really disappointed and will not be back. Stain to the name.

Ava was our waitress and she was exceptional!! Very personable and attentive. Love that they had a March Specials menu as the prices have skyrocketed over the last year or so. Price of a Chicken Caesar Salad is almost $30.00!!! Same salad at Mooney's and other comparable places is more than $10.00 cheaper!! Prices of other items are very overpriced too in comparison to other restaurants. Food is good. Service at this restaurant is hit or miss, very unpredictable. When they're on they're on but when they're off and then the experience is awful. Hopefully they continue with monthly specials.

This place was very nice and lively. The host greeted all of us right upon entry. When we got to our table our server was a little rude and nasty at first. Idk if she was overwhelmed because of her work load, but after a while she got better. All the food was very good and cooked to perfection. The drinks were A1 and made to the same standard as the first. Over all was a good visit.

We brought an entire hockey team and families to Santora’s in between games for lunch. The staff was amazing. Our server coordinated everything seamlessly and was very patient with our orders and children. The food was quick and delicious and we will absolutely be returning with our team when we are in the area!

Safe to say we had a great experience dining here today. My mom, my two year old and I actually left another restaurant downtown without even ordering for such poor service and an unwelcoming atmosphere, and on a whim drove up to the galleria mall and decided to try Santoras. We were immediately greeted with a smile and instantly sat. Ava was our server and she was absolutely amazing! She made our experience everything it was honestly. She was patient with our stubborn indecisiveness, knowledgeable about the drinks and the food, and interacted with my son so playfully. She offered ciders that weren't on the menu, which she mentioned were made in house, and they were delicious. She was able to answer every question we had about the menu and steered us in the right direction with the food. And didn't flinch when we weren't satisfied with an item we ordered. The food was good for sure, but Ava is the reason we will be coming back :)

Worst service ever! Ordered drinks but the bartender forgot to serve and the bar was empty without any customer. Garlic knots were very hard and bad in taste. Overall very poor service at their Walden location

2nd time here and the woman’s bathroom is dirty again. No soap. 1st time I let it slide I told them they did nothing but I said it’s probably a busy night. Well I’m here again I told them there is no soap they just shrug their shoulders. I am already prepared to get sick..

Can’t seem to understand how so many poor reviews are written! Last Friday, the 23rd, my boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience! Duanne (I apologize if spelt incorrect) was a server, he was prompt, positive, and kind! He got the haddock with a side of fries and pasta, then myself a bbq chicken sandwich! We both enjoyed them throughly! The meals were a wonderful size and so filling! Will be back!

I debated if i should write this review because i love Santoras.
This was my first time visiting Santoras at the Galleria & this was the worst experience I've had at a restaurant. My chicken sandwich was bland no seasoning at all also i found hair in my sandwich. My sons fish fry was smothered in grease he took one bite and had to return it, my daughter took three or four bites of her burger before she lost her appetite. My wife said she forced herself to finish her burger & she has no plans on returning. We've had Santoras on Transit & never had any complaints. If you're looking to visit Santoras go to a different location the Galleria restaurant is no where near as good as the Transit location. I wouldn't return if they gave me a free.

Been to Santoras many times and usually have nothing but positive experiences. However, Saturday night we went (wing soup good, drinks good)but I thought my chicken wrap tasted odd. Halfway through I looked and the chicken was pink on the outside. I told the bartender (our server because we were sitting at the bar) and she couldn’t care less. All she said was it’s the barbecue sauce they use and she wishes they would stop using it. On top of that it made me sick and ruined my Saturday night. We emailed Santoras a few days ago about the experience but got no response. Normally I’m not one to complain but spending good money on a dinner, having a problem and them not caring is annoying.

Sat at the bar, Diane the bartender was awesome friendly and very attentative. Was asked what I liked to drink and was very efficient! Ordered food and could not believe how fast it came. What an awesome experience!! Would reccomend anyone to go there! Get the Mozerella sticks! My fav!!!
