Terrible! I understand people in training, however whenever they are not trained properly waiter took order wrong even after coming to confirm. Never came back to offer another drink ! Had to flag someone down for condiments. After having to ask for bill and food containers had to walk bill to register while staff talking with kitchen staff. Should have known when told 15 minute wait and empty tables. Lesson learned stick to our favorites

First, the people who work at this restaurant are very nice, so the negative things I have to say do not reflect them. We came on a Friday during spring break from school. They did not have French fries. They did not have roast beef. There were probably three choices for the lunch special, one of them was roast beef. Which they did not have. It wasn't until after we were seated and had ordered drinks that we were told they were out of certain products. Would have been nice to know that upon walking in because then we would have gone somewhere else. The food was not good quality at all. I ordered a chicken club. The chicken looked processed and had a pink hue to the outside I'm not sure if it was barbecue sauce or some chemical. I have no idea. The bacon they put on top was disgusting. It was all mushy fat with almost no meat. This was served on oily bread. I'm guessing they would call it grilled. I would not. I did not like their French onion soup. Had a super weird combination of spices in it and the cheese was mediocre. I kept deciding whether it was okay or gross.I went back and forth but I ate it because that's what there was. This place was as cheap and run-of-the-mill as a national chain restaurant. I just hated it. So many restaurants have moved in and out of the mall and I hope this is the next one to move out. It was just garbage.

Popped in for dinner before a hockey game. Visiting from across the border for the day. Wow. Within moments of arriving we regretted our decision but decided to stay as all nearby restaurants had 90minute waits.We had to sit at the bar as there was not a server available. This was fine with us since we were a party of 3 and didn't mind, but was strange as the restaurant as practically empty when we arrived. The poor bartender was doing her best. All of the tables in the restaurant were covered in garbage/dirty plates and needed bussing.Food was not great. Chicken sandwich was cooked black and fortunately comped by the bartender as it was inedible. Chicken wings almost tasted like they were reheated. Bread knots with marinara were... Actually very good!We were really disappointed to have this experience while visiting Buffalo so will do our best to stick with a local establishment (not a chain) next time we come.

Visited here on our road trip back to Canada we were so excited to try this restaurant as their menu looked absolutely amazing. However, when we arrived we were told we would be waiting 30 to 40 mins so we did bare in mind the bar area looked busy with people having drinks but food tables were empty we finally got seated to be left waiting a further 20 minutes for a server to come to us we asked for our drink and said we were ready to order food aswell when giving our food order we were told half of what was on the menu wasn’t available no burgers no pizza’s and also no pasta the only things that were available was salads! I get if they are. Busy yes but the place was dead, we did get up and leave and went to another restaurant and when we had finished our meal on the way back to our car we noticed they had closed up for the evening. To me if they knew they didn’t have half of what was on the menu they maybe should have told people before they sat down or at least told them when they arrived to avoid upsetting customers. The menu looks absolutely amazing but service and atmosphere unfortunately was bad. One of their workers even came out and sat down across from us and was explaining to another co worker how they had ran out of everything this did just look bad for business. Yes I do get sometimes it’s a good thing if you have run out of certain foods as it’s been busy but looking at the reviews this isn’t the first time it’s happened. I really hope it doesn’t happen again as I did say menu looks absolutely amazing and I would like to try this restaurant when passing again. Sorry to be so blunt but I’d ask at reception in future if certain items are available

We went on Presidents day at noon ...they were out of meatballs??? How is an Italiannstyke pub out of meatballs ???
Ordered chicken caesar wrap and it was a fried flatbread with chicken inside and very little salad inside. Very misleading on the menu as people choose wraps as a lower calorie intake compared to a sandwich and especially a fried flatbread. It was greasy as well. They were also out of certain side's as well as short staffed on a non-school holiday., something they should have planned for. Our server at the bar was great! Slammed do to being short staffed on the day.

isit galleria location last night (2/3/24 9pm)… the manager took care of my family group of 9… 3 adults 6 kids …. While placing my order I inquired about the $.99 Wings after 8pm… The manager said that he was embarrassed because he was sold out of boneless wings and regular wings. I found that hard to believe so I placed the online order (after 9pm). Went to the bathroom seen another table with wings! I waited for the text about my wings be ready for pickup at the host stand …. Once I received my wings from the host I ask if she would send over the manager to my table….i didn’t say anything to the manager just opened up my box of wings… he asked where did I get those and I closed the box so he can see the Santor’s stickers on the box … manager told me that the kitchen told him that they were all sold out of wings and asked if I would like blue cheese or ranch to go with them… long story short I’m very upset with the service and overpaying for chicken wings… yes they took two of the three pies of the bill but as a Manager , you should know what you have in stock or at least let customers know before seating them

Been here before and loved it each time. However, menu options have decreased since opening, and while the burger I wanted was on the menu, it was 86ed. Server was friendly and food came out quickly, but half the wings were dried out like they'd cooked too long, and were more like a medium than the spicy hot I'd been expecting. Will give it another shot again in hopes of this just being a one-off.
