I must say I am truly disappointed, this was my first time coming here I was barely greeting when I walked in, decided to sit at the bar and waited over 10 minutes just for the bartender to bring me a menu and ask me did I want a drink while I watched her talk to everyone else first then when she finally took my drink order she took two other people’s order and gave them theirs and still never gave me mine I never got the chance to order any food I just simply walked out and went elsewhere

Came into Ssmokey Bones for dinner tonight and everything was amazing. Our server Dina was amazing, bonfire amazing, and atmosphere amazing.

Just returned from a meal out at Smokey Bones. Good food and beer. It was busy so we were told there would be a 15 minutes wait which was actually about 30 minutes. Drinks came out separately so I didn't get my Samuel Adams until about 1 hour after arriving. Ordered pretzel sticks and they weren't ready until dinner was over. They comped them so that was nice. Would be a better experience if they did a faster job seating people and getting them a drink/ something to munch on.

Other than food being decent, this was one of my worst eating experiences. We were seated around 7 and didn't get out till around 9:30. It took the waitress 15 minutes to take our order. The place barely had any costumers there. However, after that we waited almost a hour for our food. Then two clearly intoxicated men walked in. They were high of some drug and screaming about it. Regardless of there actions the two were still seated in the restaurant. One talking about the gun that they had one them. This was making the atmosphere very unsettling. The guests were treated poorly by the waitresses after they were seated because someone complained they felt uncomfortable. The waitress started complaining about the "rude" costumers who were just worried for there safety. When we got our food we just wanted to leave; the two men making us not want to eat. The food was very overcooked and pricey. The taste was alright but NOT worth the price. We left 40 minutes later after waiting for our check.
