It's a chain burger place what can I say it's nothing special. I'm not the best person for judging fast food burger places I do not like them.

Mozzarella sticks only were half filled with cheese. Most if not all had the cheese on the outside. I did not order order toasted bread crumbs in the shape of Mozzarella sticks. Disappointing...

The place was a mess. Dirty tables, floors haven’t been swept or mopped since who knows when. The food was greasy and cold. The cashier never made eye contact with us when ordering. It was very disappointing

It's a mad house here. Came in during winter I didn't want to have someone rollerskating through the snow and ice. Got to the service counter to order. The guy at the counter tried to take my order and wasn't working, tried the next, didn't work so went and grabbed a handheld to take the order. Food came over and they forgot the drink. The carrier that brought the food over, she was very pleasant and nice. Food is OK not the best. But the prices are reasonable. I will say not the best of people come in there. Guy came in and demanded a refund and was extremely rude and aggressive over a simple mistake. Applaud the workers for taking care of the situation because the guy was talking smack and was aggressive.

Terrible customer service and our order has been wrong the last three times we have gone! This past Sunday, our order was incorrect four times after we paid! We were also overcharged for an item we did not purchase, and instead of just refunding the overcharge, I had to argue with management in order to get our money back... hopefully! ( Eventually, they said they "voided" the overcharged transaction, but now I still have 2 pending transactions on my credit card: the overcharged transaction and one transaction to recharge the correct price. Management "could not" provide proof of the voided transaction because of their "old pos system" so now I wait to make sure that the "voided" transaction doesn't get posted to my credit card. This place used to be a nice stop for the family and I when making an over the border shopping trip from Toronto. Needless to say, I've decided not to return to this location because of the horrible customer service, especially when they were in the wrong.

The order was completely wrong. I should have checked it when received. When I got home the burger was not there at all the order for Chilli cheese frys was not there. I received mozzarella sticks and onion rings. I had to to make an extra trip back to the store. I still wasn't totally satisfied. I left a tip when I got the 1st order I wished that I could have gotten it back. Never trust drive tru 's because they always mess up your order and you have to make an extra trip

This location is rough always dis organized and crazy i was first in line and order was messed up ! And took 8 min . My son was in the car freaking out . I'll try again in 3 months again and gope u got it tighter it's just embarrassing, very dosapointing
