I have an issue with the employees not wearing gloves when handling food. Also there are no wrappers on the ice cream cones and the employees are handing the cones to there customers with thier bare hands. Totally unacceptable...Please fix this issue.....

Placed an online order at 9:30pm for 10:10pm pickup, arrived early and confirmed at the stall. Digital display confirmed my order was in progress. I waited for 20 mins before asking for assistance only to be told the restaurant was closed, a full 40 mins before they were scheduled too. The employess claimed there was nothing they could do, no food, no refund, nothing. I was a first time customer, first time app user, and I will never return to Sonic in my life. Waste my time and give me no option for refund.

Average sonic experience, the waiter did forget a drink. I got jumbo popcorn chicken with buffalo sauce, it was pretty good. I tried the new blackout slush, it was really good!Parking: Tons of eat in your car parkingKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly

I used to travel from Buffalo ny to Erie pa just to get Sonics now we have Sonics locally and this is what a small slush strawberries looks like very disappointing to have to argue with devin the manager at union rd location ? about what I buy every other

Amazing sonic location, even the people bringing the food out to the car were on roller skates / blades.. that's the first time I'd ever seen that, every other sonic they just walk it out. And the food was hot fresh, and amazing !
On my most recent visit I waited at the drive through window 15 minutes, after the girl took my order. My receipt said brown car but I had a silver car. I'm at the window . Yes, 15 minutes parked at the window . I saw about eight orders being served to all the cars behind me, as they all drove past my car for just a simple order ..They forgot about my order #7! Stuff happens. The food was just okay, but My texas hot Dog was in a sleeve and when I pulled it out it kept all the cheese inside the wrapper on the top side. They got to find a better way to wrap those Texas hots, maybe packaging with a slit at the top? Hopefully next visit, they won't forget about the guy that's parked at the window. Waiting for his order for 15 minutes, while watching all the cars behind him get served, listening to no less than five songs on the radio. Next time I'm just going to go inside! That's going to be a while though...

First time having sonic and it did not disappoint!!! Highly recommend the cherry limeade bacon cheeseburger and super sonic breakfast wrap. Food is fresh and made to order and the staff is also extremely nice and friendly. You can tell they actually want you to enjoy the experience.

First time at Sonic, and I was impressed. Lots to choose from. The slushie options for my kids seemed endless. Staff on roller blades made my kids smile although they can be a little noisy, but it was a great lunch trying something we can't get at home.

Whenever we visit Cheektowaga, Sonic is a must for at least one of the meals. Burgers are always filling and fresh. My wife always gets their signature drinks and always looks forward to them. We usually do a drive-through and eat in the parking lot... maybe because we just want to get eating quick, lol.Food was a little slower to get this time around but the quality has remained the same.Oh yeah and the prices were very reasonable compared to other commercial burger places.

Food is good not great. Shakes taste foamy and empty of ice cream flavor. The place is well lit and clean. Location is near other shopping centers.Parking: Plenty available and a fun way to order from a parked vehicle.
