I go here every day, people are like family and all the options you need, they have great food, clean store. A must stop if in the area
Go there at night Sean is cashing he is very friendly helpful and my dog just loves him.
I go there quite often I like that the Tim Hortons is there I have no problem with the or really issues I get to my gas there but I'm just surprised that there was three people standing there I'm assuming they were working there or at the Tim Hortons out front smoking by the door just standing there for the longest time people had to walk around them I didn't even know you were allowed to smoke in front of the building and probably not good with having gas there either but they were at least they're 15 minutes
The customer service here is horrible, they don’t do there jobs correctly. I wanted to fill in gas for slot 2 and did 3, they did not want to refund me either. Someone took my gas slot, there worker stated “that is between you and the other customer”. The workers here do not own up to their actions nor take responsibility, very disrespectful.
Cashier was pretty rude. Having a rough day and I came up and smiled and was basically ignored, no hello, now how are you doing today, no acknowledgment whatsoever and couldn’t even tell me my total to busy talking on the phone I guess that more important than me. What really got me tho was not being able to say thanks or have a nice day to me when my transaction was completed. Blondeish old lady with glasses. Basic customer service is to atleast say hello ORA thanks/ have a nice day.
Friendly people work there, but it's your typical gas chain service. High priced.
Go to put air in my tire. $2.50. Machine can’t go past 32 psi my car calls for 44. Go to get my money back and told to call a 800 number. 800 number out of office. This is a tactic to steal my money from me. Altogether will never be going to any other speedway again. Spend 200$ weekly on gas here, I’ll take my business elsewhere.
4 women behind cash register yesterday. Only one open. The one girl was dead set on getting her conversation over with before she helped anybody. It's about time you guys realized our time is important. Five other people in line waiting. The purpose of a convenient store is to be convenient. But you guys are actually 711 so I should of known better.
I go to this store every other day for drinks and snacks and always seems stocked and clean and the employees are amazing especially the people who work in the afternoon around 6ish, any other speedway would not ask me for my rewards card and I always forget but the one heavy set Samoan employee always ask and I racked up a lot of points thanks to him and the one girl who works with him, only thing I don’t like is the pumps not printing paper after you pumped and payed at the pumps but other than that amazing store?
The assistant manager dawn is very rude talk about horrible customer service she literally saw a man fall and just stood there while other people did something worst place ever because of her, my family and I will have nothing to do with her or this establishment ever again just a straight joke

Why in the world would you have both register down at 6am with a line of people trying to go to work???
This happens more than often and besides the one across the street that’s never truly stocked. They are the closest stores to work that have deals.
Always on the phone or gossiping, the whole store don’t need to know your business.
This store needs real managers, it seems to be ran by employees who have no clue.
FYI you don’t pull the drawer with a line full of people ! That’s like pulling in the middle of a lunch rush ?♀️
Watch the pump. Even after I released the handle it continued to count… shady.
My only complaint about this place is that none of the pumps actually print you a receipt when you select that option. I mean... can't you just remove the option if you aren't going to use paper in the external printers? Lol... but I've never had any serious problem here. The staff seem generally friendly, although I wouldn't say they're extremely knowledgeable as a group. There have been a few occasions when the counter staff have been unable to answer simple questions, probably just due to lack of experience. I've never been treated in a way that I would call "rude", though.IMPORTANT: This obviously isn't Speedway's fault, but if you're pulling out to go right on William (towards the thruway), be extremely careful! There's a killer pothole that's basically invisible but almost always gets me no matter how slow and careful I am. If you peel out of the driveway at any significant speed, you're definitely going to do some damage to your vehicle.
This location needs a management visit by Speeedway owned by 7-11 store. The prices of gas are always 8% higher than anywhere in the area, and why is it that the same gas station across the street, by the same owner; is always 4 cents cheaper! This is price misconception, and your shareholder (the people) are starting to notice, and a report should be filed with Erie County.I go here every day for work and never again. The price has not changed in over months for gas, while others by Galleria are way lower jk.Also, the Tim Hortons here never gives you napkins jk.
Absolutely deplorable service. Serving expired drinks that are expired by a month, when told, they continued to let it be stocked on the shelf for people to buy for a month past the expiration, it expired November 20, 2023 and is still on the shelf, they only had ONE non expired drink for that BOGO deal so i requested a rain check or substitution or even just 50% off the one drink since that is all they had, i was told no over and over. When i asked for corporate i was told they don’t have that number, when i asked for a complaint line they again said they don’t have a complaint phone number, when i simply asked for a manager they said there isn’t one and they have no idea when one will be in over the next week. When i at last resort offered to leave my info for the manager to contact me, i was denied and told they wouldn’t pass it along and that they have no clue when a manager will be in and that there was absolutely nothing they could do for me to fix my issue and that i could just “buy a different product”. Except i’m buying that product BECAUSE it’s buy one get one free, so why would you assume i’d want to spend double or more on a different drink that i don’t drink. I simply told them to have a good night and left, i would recommend NEVER shopping or buying gas here, they will treat you like dirt.
