I got $15.00 in gas and took $77.43 and told me they will return the difference in 7 business days
Horrific
Stopped to get diesel for the trip home after seeing Joss Stone at UBC Went inside to prepay as required Bought 50 diesel and water on my card and went to pump Pump wouldn’t work Went back inside to see cashier and she said she set up wrong pump # 10 and I was at pump #9 She said she switched it to 9 and go pump Tried 9 again and nothing Went back inside and said turn the pump on or return my money She proceeded to tell me it works and I struck me in a mocking manor on how to pump gas which was very insulting and I said just give me back my money She said as far as she was concerned I got my gas and it escalated into a screaming match which she threatened to come out and beat me up and I said come outside She wouldn’t She didn’t acknowledge any conversation and was calling the police I said go ahead give me the number I had to drop my daughter at the airport and left then went to the police station and issued a complaint # 25-550503 The police officer inferred they have had a lot of issues with station I guess why there rating is so low They have now lowered themselves to stealing from customers On a final note I called my credit card company to stop the payment which is not possible because I tapped my card The moral of the story is never tap to prepay gas and stay away from this criminal station at 4590 Genesee

On August 18, 2025, at 5:04 PM, I was redirected from one register to another, which would have been fine, but the employee at the second register, a short Black Lady, was unreasonably slow and extremely rude. I asked her to scan my item, and when I asked for the price, she snapped, “YOU MUST WAIT! DON’T YOU SEE WHAT I’M DOING NOW!” I am a regular customer and have always had no issues with the other employees; I actually like this store. However, this cashier’s behavior was completely unacceptable. Management must take immediate action to address her conduct and ensure customers are treated with basic respect and professionalism.
While stopping in to pick up lunch on 7/25/2025 I needed to use the restroom and was absolutely disgusted by the condition of the men's room. I've been in port o potties that were cleaner.
Gas ,food a lot of options
What a pain trying to gas up a rental car. Terminal couldn’t process payment. Had to go inside and guess how much. Had to go inside again for a second guess.
I am staying at Buffalo airport hotel and Speedway located right next to hotel which is very convenient for me to get drink or some snacks, however this lady at cashier ( she was talking to other employees while scanning my things and didn’t even say “ hello or hi” when scanning was done I paid and took my stuffs and left. What was she doing? Kept talking to the other person. Not a word was given to me, I was treated like a ghost, lol
Wow, what a terrible employee to work there to serve customers.

The white woman w brown hair that's working today at 5pm was extremely rude and bothered. Very unpleasant and clearly doesn't need a job. What a way to go to airport to fly home.
Small gas station and convenience store located near the airport. I was able to get gas for my 28 foot RV using one of the outside pumps. It would probably be a great location for refueling before returning a rental because it's right on the corner with a traffic light.
I had a great experience at night time with a guy, he helped me save some money and told me what to do. But the next morning, around 7:40 am, There was a system issue with debit and credit, and Paula seemed to be very annoyed by our presence. We came 2 times between 7:00 to 7:40 am and they acted the same way both times.
They make you feel rushed up and annoyed by any small changes you want to make. Just because the system is down doesn't mean you stop treating the customer like a customer. That would be a crucial time to give a customer the comfort they need and the hospitality and patience not with confrontation and rudeness. Please fix that, thinking how it's next to the airport and a hotel where a lot of tourists would be there, that's a very bad impression you're putting out.
