I’ve worked at Starbucks in the past (and loved it), so I fully understand that some days are harder than others. However, the staff at this location were incredibly rude and based on other reviews, it doesn’t seem to be a one-off. Our drink was made incorrectly, and when we kindly asked for it to be fixed, we were questioned about whether it was even wrong… it was. Emily in particular had a major attitude. They also misplaced the sticker for a 3rd beverage we ordered, so we waited extra time thinking the drink was just taking longer. When I mentioned it to her, even offering to show the receipt she gave more attitude and even questioned us on where the sticker or cup went (as if that is on us??). As someone who has worked for Starbucks and always had great experiences, I was genuinely blown away by how awful the service was at this location.

I don't like to write bad reviews but I feel like if I receive an incorrect order twice in the same day it's not a fluke. I ordered a strawberry açai lemonade refresher on doordash from this store. I don't know what they did to it but it was so nasty it was undrinkable. It was an orangish color and I think they added the mango base and the berry base along with the strawberry base. It was so gross I had to throw it out. So I went to the store in person to get a new drink. I even paid for this 2nd drink. The drink itself was right this time but whatever employee made it had on some kind of strong smelling lotion or cologne because it was all over the cup and the piece you drink from. Every time I took a drink I got a mouthful of those nasty cologne or lotion making this drink undesirable to consume. I'm not going back a 3rd time. I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone.

This is a terrible place to order coffee and the overall environment is toxic and everybody that works there does not care about the customers. The drinks i would order would always be incorrect. I would not recommend this place if you are in a rush and need coffee this is not a place to go. So overall i dont recommend this location at all!!!

This was by far one of the worst Starbucks experiences I’ve ever had. The employee had an attitude from the moment I walked in. Before I even said anything, she was already rude and dismissive. When I brought up an issue with my drink and simply asked for it to be remade, she acted like I was inconveniencing her and got even more disrespectful.
She offered a refund but didn’t even return the correct amount. When I showed her my receipt, she argued with me and said, “It’s just a dollar,” like that made it okay. To top it all off, she had zero professionalism and clearly didn’t know how to speak to customers. Some people just don’t deserve a job in customer service if they can’t treat customers with basic respect. Starbucks really needs to take a hard look at who they’re putting behind the counter, because this was unacceptable.

Got a Matcha latte from this store. There were lumps of matcha(undissolved) I understand it’s difficult to dissolve it but I get Matcha all the time people at different stores at least try to mix it. I asked politely that there are lumps if they can mix again. One server there responded very rudely saying this is a new mix so that’s how it is served or done. After spending 7$ on a drink, left dissatisfied. People come there for quality and service. Not the motto of this store I believe!

They got the cortados, machiottos, frappicionos, and super attractive people always work here. Always super attractive and always super bomb drinks. Get you a hot beverage here for sure for sure. Double espresso to the face and hot mocha on top.
3 staff members just talking when there were 3 people in line wanting to order. No one was making anything so why not take an ordee.
