3 staff members just talking when there were 3 people in line wanting to order. No one was making anything so why not take an ordee.

When I went to order, no one served us, the staff continued chatting even when they saw us, the drinks were not made well If I could, I'd give him zero stars.

Extremely rude barista, didn’t get the order right even repeating it multiple times, no empathy after making a mistake and said you should have placed the order clearly, we were not the only one with incorrect order. Surely will avoid this location next time

This place has gone down hill!!!! Very disappointed ☹️ i got a shaken expresso before work and my entire cup was milk and a inch of coffee at the bottom it was literally awful tasting and disappointing for 7$$$ and for what the “baristas” get paid they should know what there doing.

We walked up to find 3 girls standing behind the counter just hanging out. No other customers. We were told they are only taking mobile orders right now. Why can't we order here? "Sorry just order on your phone." Annoyed, we all downloaded the app just find that this this store is not available. Please select another store. I walk back, I said we can't make a mobile order. What is the problem that we can't just order in person? Three girls still standing around, the one says. "There's only 3 of us on the floor, we can't" ... What??? You're all standing around doing nothing. "We don't have anyone scheduled for the cash" 3 of you here and none of you can use the cash register??? I was just stared at until I walked away. Work ethic is absolute garbage these days. I'd also like to add that all combined we needed 8 drinks and snacks. Starbucks is not cheap and your store lost a large bill last night due pure laziness of your staff.

This is the worst customer service I’ve ever received from Starbucks. No welcome, the chairs were up on the tables at 6pm when the location doesn’t close until 9pm and we were told we could only use the chairs at the front due to closing tasks already being done, not in the booth sections which are more private and comfortable. Attitude and awful service from all 3 employees working. Would NOT return or recommend. Horrendous service.

Who the hell is still buying from starbucks??!! Just two medium ice coffee is 12$!!! And the tip option is locked on what they wanted. Tim horton sells that for half a price with wayyyyy better test.😕

This Starbucks is the most inconsistent in the area. In my experience, I always see new people working here which may attribute to the inconsistency of quality. In some of my past trips I’ve received drinks that were not blended well. This has caused Frappuccino’s to taste like ice, and matcha that tastes like powder. These do not compare to the quality of drinks at other locations. Also, the wait times can be quite high when there are a lot of people in the mall. This is expected when there are a lot of orders, but it is something to take note of. I don’t think it’s worth it to order from here if there is a line, since you will have to wait a while for your order.

Was yelled at by the employee because I walked up to order. Was told they are closed as another customer was getting her order. I asked when do they open. She said they only do mobile orders very rude. The female worker clearly doesn’t need to be working with the public!
