Simple ordering of a double bacon smoked sandwich, bacon was fake and rubber along with the “egg” and “cheese” they use.. ordered a gingerbread chai latte with oat milk, didn’t have gingerbread, so asked for a regular chai latte with oat milk, gave me a regular chai latte with milk.. if the associate would have been listening instead of cutting me off mid sentence while ordering, maybe they would have gotten it right. Terrible service when not that busy, terrible food and incorrect drinks
 avoid.. and ask them to put some-kind of seasoning on the San which because bland rubber doesn’t taste good

I went and ordered a drink and requested light ice - not only did the lady put extra ice but when I mentioned this to her she said she has until 6pm to scoop out the ice from my drink. I ordered a venti size drink (biggest waste of money) and the whole thing is just ice. She told me the main component of the drink is ice. That makes no sense and who says that? I did not know Starbucks is an ice shop, I almost thought they sell coffee for a living. This is the only location with the most disrespectful staff in all of Buffalo and most likely the most underpaid since their behavior displays nothing short of that. Hire staff with better attitude.

Got there about 5 minutes before closing Thurs Aug 29/24 and it was obvious the employees just wanted to get out of there. I heard them cheering when someone said it’s 8pm and time to go. They rushed our drinks and they weren’t made properly. Barely any coffee in them and half my drink was foam. Asked for a refund and the woman at the window barely apologized and rushed as quickly as she could to give it to us. Apparently the machines were “already broken down” and so they couldn’t make us new drinks. Uh bs
last time I checked, you leave machines on until store is closed and the last customer leaves. Terrible service, I’ll never go back. It’s clear the employees hate their jobs and have no customer service skills.
