Ordered a hot chocolate and there was zero chocolate in it! It was legit a cup of hot milk! Would give zero stars if I could! Unreal!! I didn’t think it was a complicated order but I will not go back!!

Stopped in to pick up a coffee for a friend and I. When I went back to my vehicle it wouldn't start. Staff (Savannah) went over and above to try and help me out. I am so grateful and absolutely floored that she without hesitation came to my assistance. Thank you so much! What a lovely crew at the Genesse St location (across from airport).

I ordered an iced coffee. Once I left I noticed a long piece of hair in my coffee. I went back to get another. I told the girl working about the hair .She said nothing just took the cup and had someone make a new one. No one said a thing no apology or anything. I will not be going back.

I love all the workers at this store. However there’s a new girl working today and she did not listen to my order and did not charge me for my oat milk in my mocha. I tried to confirm that it was oat milk as I cannot have dairy. I took a sip of it and could not taste mocha and it tasted way different than my normal drink I get every day. So I go back through the drive thru requesting my drink to be remade and this girl straight told me she made my drink right. I threw my drink out and left. I tried to find the managers number online with no luck so here’s my review. All the other workers at this store are fantastic except this girl that took my order at 6am today.

Very nice Starbucks and decent size on the inside! I’ve never had an issue with my order, but have had problems with the staff. There is one lady that I would see frequently who was always passive aggressive in the drive thru window. Even when going inside the store, she always seemed to have an annoyed demeanor. I also had issues with this same employee multiple times when trying to use a mobile coupon. However, every other employee at this store is kind and I have never had a problem with anyone else! Overall, the quality at this store is consistent and the baristas seem well trained.
