We just left the airport plaza location we got two subs that were great everyone there is nice and today there was a younger guy working and he was great we weren't sure what we wanted and had many questions for this guy he took his time with us to make sure we were going to be happy I wish I knew his name but I don't I wish you can figure it out and make sure he knows how two customer service was great and thank you

Ordered slider deal, why would it not come with any toppings? Not even lettuce or tomato? Does lettuce cost that much? Will never order again!

The multiple times I've gone to this location, the bread is always dry or basically stale.
The girl was clueless about how to redeem special offer coupons received via email. The Veggie Delite sub I ordered was very good, but I was charged over $2.00 for a cup of ice water. I will probably not be returning there, and I will bring my own drink, if I do.

The staff was rude and abrasive. It appeared that he was angry and didn't want to be there. I had a chicken breast sub and the chicken had no flavor and tasted as if it had been sitting in water for an extended period of time.

The tuna is always good so the 1 star is all. The driest bread ever it's terrible. I work within walking distance and it's usally good. Lately it's been getting worse , very slow. I even did an online order last month only to get there and wait anyway because the computer didn't print order.
