I went in to get a sub like every other day but today was different the older lady that served me idk her name but she had glasses and was very rude and out right nasty she cough like 2 feet away from my food and didn’t cover her face or anything then said she wouldn’t remake my sub cause she wasn’t close enough for it to get spit on I’m very disappointed with my service

11/20/25 at 7:00 pm I had the best service from a woman I wish I knew he name but she gets off at 7:30 she had tattoos on her arms and had two cats! Not only was my sandwich the best she was friendly kind and speedy! I am pregnant and I really wanted a tuna sub! And she delivered we are happy I wish nothing but the best for this woman you are a gem please do not change who you are!

I would never recommend this subway.to anyone. Today its 6/12 @8:42pm. The two young ladies attitude was poor, no hospitality at all. My nachos were burnt. The one girl states the oven burns them when thats not true when I purchase the footlong nachos on a regular. Customer service is poor. They never tried to fix the problem. Hire people that truly want to work and satisfy the customer.

I usually don’t write reviews but it’s time to say something because this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this place. Ordered a sub through the app, there’s nowhere to leave special instructions anymore for some reason, all I wanted to write was “lite tuna- 2 scoops instead of 4”, because when there’s 4 scoops it’s just way too much tuna. The coupon I used was only able to be used online or in the app, so I place the order and decide to call them to see if I can just tell them about the lite tuna over the phone before they start making it. I called them literally 8 TIMES with no answer, I’m sure that seems excessive, but I’m paying for this food and I would like it made a certain way, not my fault I can’t leave special instructions through the app anymore for this location, maybe y’all should change that because it’s clearly a huge inconvenience for customers. I thought maybe it was super busy and that’s why they weren’t answering, so I let it go. But when I go to pick it up and get there, there’s literally no customers in the building at all, only one person walked in right before I did, so why couldn’t they answer the phone? They didn’t look busy at all, and I know there’s stuff to do in the back, I used to work at subway when I was younger, but nothing ever got crazy enough to where I couldn’t answer the phone for a customer (and I worked at a busy location), that’s why there’s usually always 2 employees for closing shifts, it would’ve taken 30 seconds of her time to answer that phone call, and I would’ve actually enjoyed the food that I paid for. Two employees standing on the front line with no customers in the store, 2.5 hours before closing, and they couldn’t answer the phone? What’s the excuse? Answer the phone, the dishes can wait. Then I get home, the sub is loaded with tuna, and it’s made on the wrong bread, the receipt taped to the bag states the bread I ordered, and it’s correct, it’s exactly what I chose in the app, but the bread I got was not what I ordered, it was also missing ingredients, there was no pickles on it, and I ordered extra cheese…..def didn’t seem like extra cheese to me. Ordered the sub toasted too, didn’t look/seem toasted and it was crazy mushy, like bread soaked in water mushy, there’s no way my sub was sitting that long, I got there a few mins after ordering it. I think they put tuna on the top and the bottom of the sub too, which is so weird, it should go on the bottom only and the cheese should be melted onto the bread unless you order a tuna MELT, bottom should be the cold tuna and top should be the sauce, cheese, and crispy vegetables, who wants to eat a mushy tuna sandwich and they can’t taste anything else on it, maybe if y’all didn’t load it up with a pound of tuna it would’ve fit only on the bottom. I tried scraping some of the tuna off, ate about half of it and tossed the rest, I just couldn’t do it. Money down the drain and I will not be coming to this location anymore because like I said, not the first time I’ve had issues. Do better, because there’s way better sub places that charge less than what you do, and there’s way better subway locations out there.

I ordered a foot long nacho Doritos and a 6’ meetball sub. My nachos came half empty which just chipotle sauce on it when it’s supposed to also have nacho cheese my sub came squished and when I opened my sub there wasn’t even provolone cheese like the meetball sub is supposed to come with. This is completely and utterly unacceptable. I am very disappointed. I even tried calling the store many times and no one picks up and at the end everytime it hung up on its own after making a loud high pitched squeak. I want my money back and my food to be remade. I have a 10 month old and she cries when I leave to go make food so I decided to order food today and this is what happened when I did

A great value when you have coupons to use. I was disappointed that their fountain drinks no longer had vitamin water, and also the diet pepsi was out of order. Sandwiches were delicious.

Absolute worst service I've ever received

No coke available. I told them and they said "OK.". They are understaffed and way too busy with online orders that they take first. Nobody ever did anything about refiling the coke. I will never tipat a Subway again. Tip first and then not be able to get your drink or refund because they were too busy with online orders.
