No coke available. I told them and they said "OK.". They are understaffed and way too busy with online orders that they take first. Nobody ever did anything about refiling the coke. I will never tipat a Subway again. Tip first and then not be able to get your drink or refund because they were too busy with online orders.

I ordered online and accidentally put it in for earlier than I wanted. The app wouldn’t let me cancel nor would this location pick up their phone not once! I have called over and over because it was gonna be another two hours before I could get my lunch. They continued to make it and it’s sat for two hours so now it’s garbage! All that could’ve been avoided by just picking up a phone. This is a business correct

I ordered 3 subs through the app, they all said toasted. I also left a note asking for the subs to please be toasted as well, because of previous times I've ordered from this location and they did not toast them. All 3 subs weren't toasted or even warm. What a waste of money

Ordered meatball sub with provolone and cheddar, these clowns put nacho cheese on my damned sub and sent it through door dash. Constant issues with this place. The owner clearly has phoned it in years ago. No standards at all. Do yourself a favor and never order from here
This subway is unsanitary I don't want to be here I'm walking out. I worked along side with the food inspection people and not pleased. Go by me I'm not playing it's bad and ran by Arby's. Dm me for more information.

I have to eat out a lot for work so my brother and I usually get subway because it’s easy. We eat at many locations in Amherst, Niagara Falls, Lancaster, Depew, North Tonawanda, West Seneca. This is the only Subway that I know of that NEVER gives you double cheese on the subway series sandwiches. You pay extra for the subway series so you’re supposed to get double cheese and they never do it. I’m guessing they are trained to do this. We even went back inside one time and asked for extra cheese and then just the other day it happened again. Very annoying, if you ever go to this location and order from the subway series I advise you to check to see if you got double cheese. I wouldn’t write a review if they did it by accident but this has happened about a dozen times now and it’s always this location.

My boyfriend and I ordered here yesterday and we both have stomach aches and are tossing up their chicken today. We ended up throwing out half our dinner as we were eating it because our stomachs were twisting by the first 30 minutes. DO NOT EAT HERE. They either are using old food or filthy. Waste of money, needs a health inspector to go in because this is the 3rd time that I or my friends have gotten sick.
