Two of six items did not arrive with my delivery. Considering I spent about $11 to have my order delivered (inc. tip), you would think they would attempt to get it right. There is no sense of using coupons if 1/3 of my order isn't delivered. There store phone is out of order and all you can do is send a message to corporate ...which they will ignore. Last time they screwed up, all I got was a text message with an standard apology... No offer to refund $ or offer to make food correctly.. I am currently not able to drive, so, again, I am out of luck. Don't bother to have anything delivered...when they screw it up, you will have to drive to the store anyway to get it fixed.

My fiancé came in about an hour ago, We ordered two subs one for himself and one for me. I had the Buffalo chicken with Salami, Well there's a few issues He ordered mine on the plain roll I ended up with I assume is Italian urb? There was No Salami, My chicken was not only refrigerator cold but it's in edible due to small bones? I've never had this issue. He tried calling but was told they couldn't remake the food or refund us. I don't know how you can stand in front of someone point at the ingredients and they still get the entire thing wrong. I understand mistakes do happen but at the least be willing to fix the wrongs especially when someone spent their hard earned money at this establishment.

I ordered a sub from this place and the meatballs were cold. The cheese wasn't even melted. I asked for a toasted roll, it tasted raw. I ate quarter of the sub and got sick. When I called they told me I had to call back when a manager was available.Parking: They had a big carlot.

Every time I place online order here, they mess up in at least one of my subs. The most frequent is putting no sauce on a sub, which was ordered to have extra. This has occurred numerous times. Ridiculous.

My son went to order us two subs to bring home mine was a meatball sub with cheese and banana peppers. When he got home I opened it up and it had everything on it but the meatballs. I returned to the store myself and explain to the lady I would like some meatballs put on this. They said they would make me a new one since that one had been sitting around for a while now. They made me a 6-in sub. I said it's supposed to be at 12-in sub. She said they only carried you for a 6-in sub. I said well then make the 12 and I'll pay the difference. She said well we can't do that so you said why I said I don't know how. I said then give me my money back. She told me to come back tomorrow when s manager is here. I left with no food or money back. Unreal. Stay away from this location.

Never ever go to this subway. I ordered online and one person from the store said that there was no “BREAD” and he asked if I want to cancel the order, which I said yes to. But then I received an email that the money would take 7 days to come. That’s just extremely frustrating. If you don’t have nothing at your store then just stop receiving any orders. Beware guys.

Did an online order through the app today .They messed up my order tried to called them but the would not answered .They didn't ask me how my order was so I not communicated to them. They kinda just received/took my money and I did not get what I requested I will not order from this location again. Everyone makes mistakes but they do not care about the customer enough to answer the phone or get a way for the customer to respond to them
