fired from Wells food Enterprises for my disability, went to Teamsters, my union, for help, and was told to “wait for a call” a month later not even an update on my case.

They were once great but well the people in power stink, they don't really work for the people as much as I think they should
I am in the union and had negotiations at the union hall. People are very nice

So this factory/union let's "men" sexually assault their female employees.. they claim to have a "no tolerance policy" but purposely force victims to work with the perpetrator without a care, all while the victims get bullied by co workers. Awesome right!? Think twice before purchasing or finding a job with a company that not only permits the behavior but encourages it! if you drink beer on personal time with a union rep and abuse co workers you can keep your job, no matter what. Women beware!! Not a safe place to work! And the union will disregard abuse! Which is against the LAW!

I walked into teamsters local 264 office today and was greeted with a smile. The two women I spoke with at the front desk were courteous and very helpful. My questions were answered quickly and I walked out satisfied that I am a member of local 264 . Thank you all for your help .
