Great food and drinks and very nice staff.

I’m so happy their tiramisu was actually good!! It was nothing like how most place say it is but it’s really just cake with coffee flavor. I came with my job and there was a lot of us. They took care of us sooooo well. Very happy we went. O and the food was great!

I bought a strawberry cheesecake for my daughter-n-love’s bday. It took a few minutes for them to cut up the fresh strawberries. It was more than worth the wait!

Let’s start with the server, she was great super bubbly and able to spot our needs before we did, so she swooped in and helped. All the food we ate was great I loved the waffles. Nice big meal, We ate well and will definitely be going back.

I recently visited The Cheesecake Factory and had a disappointing experience from start to finish. The service was extremely lacking—our waiter barely acknowledged us, didn’t refill our waters, and never said “you’re welcome” when we thanked him. It felt like we were completely ignored.

As for the food, while the salad was decent, charging $18 for something so simple felt like a total rip-off. The appetizers weren’t much better, with most of them priced above $15, which is way too much for what you get. The restaurant itself is dark, but it's not in a cozy way—it's more about trying to cover up the noise. And speaking of noise, it was unbearably loud. Trying to have a conversation was nearly impossible.

The biggest issue was the wait. I made a reservation, yet still had to wait 30 minutes to be seated, even though the entrance was a chaotic mess with people crowded around the door. The food also took forever to come out, which just added to the frustration.

Overall, I won’t be returning. The overpriced food, terrible service, and long wait just aren’t worth it.

First time back after a few years. Did not disappoint. Food was delicious. Portions were large. Had to pack half of the entrees to go in order to save room for their famous cheesecake. Dessert was decadent. Service staff was friendly and efficient. Highly recommend and definitely will visit again.

Crazy busy Saturday night. Too bad the girl at the check-in counter wasn’t a little more friendly and actually speak to people. A smile goes a long way, she looked miserable - seemed like she doesn’t like the job she chose. 🤷🏼‍♀️

First time at a Cheesecake Factory and we were left disappointed by the food. Overseasoned food. My Da Vinci Pasta was 90% pasta and just a few pieces of mushroom and chicken. It tasted too sweet and like they just covered the pasta in sauce in attempts to call it a dish. Expensive as well. Not worth the money.
