So I just went there with my bestfriend for her birthday and was told 2 adults and a child had to wait 40-50 mins to get a table. They had an entire section open. It doesn’t make sense to me at all. We ended up leaving. If you are unable to service customers then you should close especially when there are sections that have nobody in them. Terrible. Just disgusted.

the louisiana chicken pasta was good, my grandmother got this rigatoni sausage pasta and her pasta didn’t taste done was also dry. my mother got a turkey burger she enjoyed it, my sisters food didn’t end up coming until 20 mins after our food came out but she said it tasted okay. my niece got a four cheese pasta that was okay. i’d just go for the cheesecake honestly or the louisiana chicken pasta definitely get extra sauce with it.

We ordered a large to go order using the website on our way to Niagara falls. Normally we eat inside so we know the cheesecake standard. Our to go food was not up to par. My Cajun chicken pasta had 4 bite sized pieces of chicken in the whole dish. My husband's 27$ entree was served with 3 pieces of shrimp and 4 small bites of steak. Not to mention the employee who prepared our meals did not include the bread and butter. Too bad we had already tipped on the website cause he was rude also. Do not order take out here.

Being in Buffalo for a few months, I’ve learned that the chain restaurants are pretty delicious. I actually enjoyed this meal. And the spinach and artichoke dip and crab dip was an amazing start to my Chicken Bellagio entree.

I never went home so hungry before, the food was disgusting i ordered the baja chicken tacos it was really dry no taste, my wife ordered the chicken cob salad the lettuce was gross and came with balsamic dressing instead of avacado dressing listed on menu. Our server forgot to put our order in and her excuse was she didn’t want to rush our one appetizer we had for a group of 5. Our server then returned to our table apologizing that our food is on its way, 10 mins later she returned and said that her shift was over and another server is taking over and your food is almost ready. 1 hour 15 mins to get our food, I get it , it’s a busy place but if you can’t handle being busy then ask manager for fewer tables to wait on. I will not be returning for food, the only great thing about our experience there was the cheesecake, and the staff over there in the cheesecake section very well organized and worked hard for every order. I’m saddened that I won’t return for food but I will be back for the cheesecake.

One of the better Cheesecake Factory’s.The server did a great job and was very friendly. The host stand is very organized and the wait on a Friday night was only 30 mins. Since the mall is attached you can walk around and shop while you wait.Our favorite dishes are the gumbo, fettuccine Alfredo, prime rib, meatloaf (surprisingly delicious) Louisiana Chicken Pasta.

I can’t give a review about the food because I wasn’t there long enough to order…we walked in got seated promptly…the hostess sat us in a booth in a cramped corner space next to a really large table of I’d say maybe 15 people (or more) I knew immediately this wasn’t going to work for me because it was so loud with all those people talking..I asked to please be moved to another spot because I wouldn’t beable to hear my husband due to the loud background noise.. the hostess said she could put me somewhere by the bar or something.. I’m not even sure what she said because the noise level was so bad from the large group of people 2 feet from our table…I saw many open tables available not sure why we couldn’t have been seated in a more comfortable area instead of being crammed in a corner! We sat down for maybe 5 minutes I tried to look over the menu & my husband was trying to talk to me & I couldn’t even hear him! So we got up and left! So much for my birthday lunch date with my husband …. The whole experience really ruined my day…I was so mad I just told him to take me home…oh by the way we drove in from quite a distance away too! Just under an hour! Never again!
