The Wing Experience

Went for the first time ever today for a combo lunch/dinner. Madison, who was so friendly, took great care of us. The atmosphere, the service and especially the food, were all outstanding. We had the full rack of ribs, fries, baked beans, a regular salad and a ceasar salad. We couldn't have enjoyed it more and have absolutely no complaints. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a great meal.

Horrible place to order the food ! Fake pictures in uber eats . Did not get my sauces.

I should have read the reviews. These guys simply don't care. Ordered on Uber Eats, didn't get my drink, not a big deal but the wings were horrible! No sauce, over cooked. It went in the garbage! JUST TERRIBLE!!! "The Wing Experience" is a BAD EXPERIENCE!!

Felicia was our server and she was excellent! She was very attentive. Our food was great. We had the Smokehouse Chicken sandwich and Bacon Cheeseburger. Again our food was great and our server, Felicia was awesome.

Ordered brisket to go. It was horrible. Way over cooked, tasted like it was made days ago. I have had brisket many times this far was the worst. I was very disappointed. I was looking forward to a good bbq. The salad let little to desire. I ordered Caesar and got lettuce with dressing. Nothing on the salad but a side of dressing. What the hell are you doing here. Caesar salad has more then just lettuce. Two brisket dinners. I would give a negative ratting if I could. This was a Cheektowaga ny location

came in solo for lunch wings and loaded fries. food was great and service by felicia was great

How is this place still in business? Should have read these reviews first before ordering. We ordered from Ubereats and only got half of what we ordered. Orders two twelve packs and and two eight packs. Got one twelve and one eight. The right was a flavored that should have been 12. I can't blame Uber Eats on this one. They screwed up our order and gyped us out of half. Flavors sucked. No blue cheese. LOSERS.

my son absolutely enjoy going there on Mondays for the wings. our server Tanya is always friendly and amazing every time we have her.

Service is slow and food came out over cooked and looked like it was scraped off plates people were done eating from. It took almost 2 hours to get our food and in that time we were never asked if we wanted more drinks or anything and it took a half hour to get 2waters 1 pop and 2 beers worst experience and service by far

Never got the celery. I called and was told I can go through the app that I ordered from for a refund. First and last time

All the bad reviews are true.if you order flavor you r getting buffalo flavor only.one of the sides sauce was empty .they are not serious about the food.and it s the same as a frozen packed

Ordered on uber because they had a bogo on boneless wings, the buffalo were fine the barbeque were not , my sweet potato fries were tiny and undercooked, not cold, that id understand it was a delivery. not worth it even with effectively half off.they also forgot the blue cheese

Worst wing experience, tiny wings, flavors enjoyed from the paper because it wasnt on the wing.
