I had The misfortune of going to this location today while at the mall. This is by far the dirtiest store I have ever seen, from the windows on the outside to the dust grease on the hoods and the dirty floor. I didn't even go in the bathrooms. thank God I was just getting a coffee otherwise I would leave the store. How does a corporate company allow this or an employee to walk by these dirty spaces and not clean them

This Tim Horton's on Ridge/Seneca Street West Seneca NY is the worse one we have ever been to. The donuts were stale, though as shoe leather.

I ordered a large coffee senior discount & I was told I can't get senior discount because they don't offer it. I go to other Tim Horton & get senior discount. I am a senior & disabled. Wow! Never go there again when i'm in the mall.
They let me buy every donut so that was cool
